The turntable shots are not only great to see the final result, als great for getting a better idea of what the sculpts look like in 3d. Next best thing compared to having them in hand.

1:20 didn't know that Vallejo updated the bottles of the Model range. Those clear bottles do give you a better idea of the color of the paint.
Ps the tone German Brown makes me think of the old Citadel color called Dark Flesh. One of my favorites back in the day.

Great video, and I like that you used my favorite piece of Kroot art as your inspiration. Would you have any recommendations for how to replicate the basecoat colors without an airbrush?

I think probably the best way would be to find some rattle cans in colours similar to these. I'm not 100% on which brands would do similar colours but I've heard that the Color Forge sprays are really good

i tend to buy a bag of washers from a hardware shop and superglue them under the base. Just helps when you’re moving over that difficult terrain and the Kroot are acting drunkenly lol

Yup! Vallejo air paints are great for priming

@@SpensPainting it’s just because Vallejo actually sell this colour as a primer but in video shows base bottle thought it a bit weird
