Pretty similar. The KD3 runs ATV 11 as opposed to the CGTV's ATV10. The KD3 is more friendly to OTG hubs, it worked with the 4 different hubs and adaptors I have whereas the CGTV is pretty picky when it comes hubs and compatibility as you probably know. General performance is very similar. I may do a comparison video between the 4 current Google TV sticks/dongles if there is interest.
I'm not in the UK so can't confirm. I believe some users had issues with some UK apps you mention not being in the Play Store BUT, they CAN easily be sideloaded (using downloader, google drive or directly from your phone)

Hi i have Km2 Mecool tv box, and on Netflix some times movies are in HD only and some times in 4k ultra HD maybe you now the issue, internet speed is very good I use plume pods they goes till 1000 mbps. thank you.
usually, if you get 4k UHD in some movies and not on others, it means that Netflix don't have it available in 4K. this is more common on older movies. The KM2 is a great box, if you missed it - here's my review: th-cam.com/video/J6IfRdg9vF0/w-d-xo.html

Hi Christina, yes indeed, once set up (in the remotes and accessories section of the settings menu) the input button cycles through each of your TV's active options. I use it quite frequently as the KD3 is plugged into one of the HDMI ports of a TV that also doubles as a second monitor for my PC.

When i hold home button it shows me the menu, screensaver, wifi, accesibility, and bluetooth, when i click on bluetooth nothing happens, is this option to connect your headphones? How can i solved this problem
I don't have the device with me right now, but I imagine that is probably the pairing option? Are your headphones also in pairing mode when you do this?

Can you use a wifi6 router?
Good question.
You can, but only on the 5ghz or 2.4ghz channels. The KD3 does not support WiFi6
