ive watched many cars reviews recently, Volvo xc40, Volvo v60, Audi a3, Audi a4, Audi Q5, Audi Q3, Honda Civic, Toyota Rav4 xse hybrid, Toyota Rav4 Prime, Toyota Camry Se , Toyota Camry xse and now just watched this Toyota camry Xse Hybrid from you and i gotta say you're the funniest and most entertainning reviewer ive ever seen, put a smile on my face and you went into details too Loved it ! keep it up 😄😂 would had love an acceleration, curve handling and break test but thats alright
Thanks for the review, Jeff! I'm waiting for my SE Nightshade Hybrid to arrive. I personally think an XSE Hybrid is the ideal Camry to get. You get decent performance, great gas mileage, and a design that's aged really well.
The XSE at $35K is a bargain, if you can get it at MSRP or wait a few years, buy them at below invoice. I bought my 2017 Lexus ES350 base version in Aug 2017 at $2K below invoice + $3K Lexus rebate since I was being cash. OTD was $35,200 (sales tax rate was 8.75% + doc, lic.). I couldn’t justify not to buy and I had an 08 Avalon Touring that I sold for $10K.
I usually like black cars but prefer my silver and black Camry with black and gray interior, just my preference. I’m loving my Camry the only thing is I wish my panoramic roof opened more .
Jeff, I like the red interior but I would prefer a burgundy or maroon. The stupendous Camry Hybrid fuel economy speaks for itself. And Jeff, I don't want to shatter your musical dreams but I respectfully suggest Neil Diamond's original version of "Red, Red Wine" 5:30 is the best 😉
I'm getting this spec car but in Wind chill pearl in a couple weeks. Wanted the 360 cam and the parking sensors and ventilated seats. I drive to different places to work so parking is always different.
Yes they are.. I have a 2020 Camry XLE.. My sister bought a new 2022 Camry XSE in March and she said mine is smoother and quieter than hers. Hers is still pretty quiet and it has Michelin Primacy tires on it..
@@charlesjackson1700 yes the rough riding brick suspension is much louder. I’m still rocking my 2013 LE with Michelin defender t plus h love it my next one will be a hybrid.
@@Modeltrainscarsstereos614 Hers really ride smooth.. I was surprised. I'm thinking the michelins really help as well.. I like those Michelin defenders and I had a new set on my Accord that I had previously and my sister did on hers as well.. when we both replaced the tires we are going with the Michelin defenders as they last much longer than the others. I think they have about a 80,000 mi warranty. Compared to the 55 that the others have. I may get a hybrid when I get one later on which would be a different generation. However I get 48.2 miles to the gallon on my 2.5 gas version.. it gets as good as the hybrid on the road however I get about 29 in the city and the hybrid gets the 47 or so. Your 2013 will be a good car for many years ahead as well.. the main thing is keeping up on those oil changes.. I always do mine very early and I do it myself.
@@aluisious only way to get a smooth ride is to get the L trims L is for luxury S for sport. Sport is also super super stiff if that’s what you’re after then get a real sports car.
40k for a Camry w the v6 and all options is not bad imo. I think if Toyota didn’t offer a lot of customization it would be cheaper That’s one of the reasons why Toyotas gets so expensive. The customization is really quite exhaustive (not as exhaustive as Mercedes’ or Porsche mind you) but it’s way more than Honda Hyundai kia Mazda and on par with ford
Beautiful car! 😍. I had a chance to drive a SE hybrid and made up my right then I’m going to buy one. Drives wonderful, plenty of pep, smooth transmission and imperceptible noise. Many Dealerships on IL are charging extra $$$ demand is sooo high. Toyota cut production by 50,000 cars last week.
I love the 7inch mid in the Camry. 4.2 inch mid yeah no I hate it. But the 7in looks great. I’m the 7inch mid in the Camry looks way better than the 7inch mid in brand new Lexus models like the nx RX lx or LS even
I wish Toyota would stop putting chrome around the windows. I have a 2022 calvary blue/black roof RAV4 XSE hybrid that has that same chrome. It just doesn't fit. I'll probably end up doing a chrome delete.
I miss my XSE though it was a 15 and not a hybrid but it did have its perks but sense they guy on the other street didn’t want to wait for his turn he t-bone me and right now the car is not move able and he’s trying to claim it’s not his fault when it was because he illegally took the stop sign when I didn’t have one and I was not speeding I was literally going 30 mph In a 35 mph zone because I had burly finished going up the hill but looks like I’m going to have to lawyer up though my 15 Camry XSE will be missed mostly it’s perks and cuz my mothers car AC gave out 2 days ago
I was under the impression that Toyota wasn't allowing their dealers to sell over MSRP?... Also, dealers in my area aren't even taking specific orders for trim or features... Just waiting lists to claim what Toyota decides to deliver that week. It'll be funny if one of these shows up when by number is up.
No dealer in the whole country can custom order a Toyota it’s all based on what Toyota allocated to dealerships. All dealers are allowed to sell over MSRP
I owned a 2014 Camry hybrid that had catastrophic engine failure at 4.5 years old and 61000 miles. Even though it was dealer maintained Toyota did nothing to help me. I was disappointed but enjoyed the car other than the terrible reliability
Black wheels on a black car ? The tires already look dirty. Red interior? How about high gloss painted silver wheels and a tan interior? I know we are all different but in my opinion red only belongs on the outside.
That color option today wouldn't sell so buy the car and have it sent out for a custom interior. Tan hasn't been in style since the 1990's and black wheels are the best sellers in the new car market especially with a black car
I like red but just wish the red was more darker like a maroon
Like Mazda red interiors.
Yeah I concur, like the Lexus LC red. This red is too dang bright.
I agree with this comment! I personally prefer black but otherwise maroon.
Wine red would have been perfect
Yes its pretty gaudy i wouldn't have it
Omg the dance moves are a mood

Wow!! 47 mpg highway and 46 city. That's great. I wish my 2013 Camry was a hybrid.
Just saw one in person for the first time this week. It looked amazing, very eye catching❤

Agreed
Is the ride stiff? I want a comfortable ride
I saw a red one in the city. Perfect Color for the style
I feel like this is the perfect Camry to get let alone arguably the best sedan to buy
Jeff only you could get me to watch a Camry review. Seriously.

You know Toyota jeff… red is the way to go !
I m waiting for mine which silver exterior and red cockpit no driver assist and I do moonroof plus heated front seat around $39500
The run around the whip gets the 👍🏾 lil things lol
I was thinking about getting wild with my next car but after that I figure I'll buy my fourth Camry in a row.
Great video like always Jeff!
Yeah…. What he said !
Love this blacked out color option
Looks good when clean but that is rare keeping a black car clean is next to impossible so no thanks to black.

In other markets the rear seats have power recline. And I believe also a rear window sunshade
Appreciate all the work you put into this video but please get a different mic or turn up the mic volume. Had a hard time hearing you.

@toyotajeff what changes on the 23? I just ordered this exact model in a 23
Jeff, it's very striking! Not sure I'd go for it, I like to keep things subtle.
It's the perfect Camry less the v6
Hey Jeff got a hard project for ya find me a white Avalon hybrid XLE.
Can you get both the navigation package w driver assist & the moonroof package?
I’m sure you can in the Camry
i think black and red combination is better than gray and red
Are all Camry’s built in USA or Japan
Georgetown, Kentucky USA for all Camrys
I have that but the nightshade edition
What’s the estimated mileage on a full tank for the Camry xse hybrid. I can’t seem to find the correct number online. Please help anyone.
It's 600 miles to empty on a tank based on the average of 46 mpg.
@@robertblack6630 thank you so much…I’m cross shopping for cars right now.

So Camry Hybrid XSE doesn't have a panoramic roof, right?
The hybrid version offer moonroof but not panoramic. The panoramic option is on the gas only models.
Very good job.

What was wrong with the engine. The hybrid battery 🔋 is warrantied up to 150k Mike's or 8 years. Did you call Toyota USA at the time.
