Any NCAA wrestling finals matches would be more entertaining. Any of Dake's matches, especially current ones, are excellent. Jones and Meregali (and Gordon Ryan) all seem confused when they're on their feet.
Around the 6 minutes mark craig was already tired. He mentioned how he doesn't warm up before his marches and it really shows. He tried to go 0-100 and gassed out just as anyone else would
he also said he was nervous having his previous coach coaching his opponent, and ended up making the mistake fighting just on emotion in the beginning of the match
Can we just comment on the fact that Meregali started training no gi for less than a year before that? World champion in the gi, yes, but not a lot of people would make that transition and be able take on Jones like that. He's a beast.
I really like the Persona Craig designs on internet. Its so fun to watch his new reels and god damn it, we need big competition vs Gordon Ryan! Keep up the good work gents, especially FloCEO! :)

Just switch all these events to Quintet rules. So much more action, way funner to watch. These guys are studs, but Quintet's format's on another level.
Craig won according to the rules with the near takedown and the 2 submissions attempt but Meregali is actually better and more confident with his non stop offense the entire match whereas Craig was attacking 3 min and then went on full defense mode until the near takedown
I'd love to see it too but agree Craig wont take it except if its for a large amount of cash. In all fairness Craig is a lot smaller than him, especially now.
jones is so slick with everything. doesn't have the best cardio but fight IQ IS JUST superb. that last minute takedown was also very slick. very lazy (purposefully) to throw of nick
He prob does use (not that I care), but his size increase could also be becauase his fight dietician had him eating 5k cals leading up to this. There's a great podcast about it.
