    Really helpful video! I seem to have a problem with my hose, works fine connected to suck but when connecting to the exhaust it does not click into place, I push it clockwise but it does not click into place. The emptor does click into place, so does this mean it’s a fault with the hose?? Any help would be appreciated!

      You may have to replace the end in the hose.
      I’ve had a few where the plastic inside is damaged due to being forced on incorrectly by previous owners.
      Should be a link to my Kirby store in pinned comment or videos description 👍🔔

      @@KirbyEnthusiast I found it was the plastic insert with the rubber rim in the exhaust that needed replacing in the end, all better now though. 👍

    Hi there Dean, With regard to the Kirby hose, I have a split in the hose itself right near the hose attachment connection. I thought I might be able to simply cut the end off and reinsert but now you've shown me how it attaches I'm guessing that's not possible. To be clear, the split is at the hose wand end, right next to the connector.

      @KirbyEnthusiast  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeh you would need a new hose due to the way they are fitted in the factory, should be a link in description to new hose .
      Hope this helps 👍👍

    that's worth knowing but is there a way of shortening the hose as i have one that's split near to the nozzle end? or maybe making a longer hose. thanks.

    • @KirbyEnthusiast
      @KirbyEnthusiast  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I have looked at this . I heated one up with hair dryer and pulled hose out that end . Maybe you could hot glue it before you twist it back in . I’ll look into this and post a video on results
