Completely agree with your description of Rirana Tonka Nutmeg-a quality niche fragrance with intrigue & and great combo of sweet/cozy & pulled together semi gourmand. Celeste is also so good in a different/niche, quality with intrigue. On the other hand I cannot smell JHAG/Sunny-on my skin-anosmic!😮so strange.
ah bummer!! There are a handful of Iso E Super dominant fragrances I can't smell either and I hate it 😅

Wow that is a fantastic scent but so unusual I couldn’t love it at first sniff😂but it gets better & better in drydown & quickly became full bottle worthy❤
I am truly shocked at the prices of nowadays perfumes, I still remember the time when Chanel was one of the expensive ones , and now its the lowest price point compare to all these niche specialty perfumes that came out of nowhere and now I have to trust that 230$ is worth the price for something that I don't have to have and I like but I'm not madly in love and it is only 50 ml 🙄🙄 and funny enough when you go to Russia every other girl smells like rouge baccarat because they sell it by volume and its so much cheaper there , not to mention all those arabic perfumes that are 100% identical for the price of the cap of that bottle because they have machines that can pull apart any perfume and put it back together for way cheaper , I am truly shocked ! and I love your channel , I learn so much, you have different taste and take on a perfume then most other women , just my brain cannot comprehend and justify price difference between the dupe from the very same ingredients for 20$ and 250$ for the original 🤯🤯🤯😳😳😳 there has to be some middle ground
Anne, what would you recommend layering with Leisure in Paradise to bring out more fruity notes like pineapple, mango, etc? I love it alone as a tropical coconut vanilla scent…but sometimes wish the pineapple was more prominent and stayed longer. Please and thank you!

Aw! 🙏🏼❤️ Thank you! I have! It's definitely related to Le Labo Santal 33, but it's not as harsh or aromatic. Santal Dan Sha is a more light, fresh take on the DNA. It has a bergamot note that definitely adds to the fresh quality, and it has bit of a cooling vibe in the opening, but gets warmer as it dries down. Dry woody sandalwood and cedar, with supporting cardamom, elemi, and violet. :)

Violet Shot smells beautiful but it gets a little to sweet on my skin (on paper it's perfect!). Lumiere Blanche is such a wonderful, minimalistic fragrance, have you tried it? My favourite is Autoportrait. It's like Eau Duelle edt without the vanilla. I've notice, that it's one of your boyfriend's fragrances (in your 2023 full collection video). Do you also use it? What do you think about this perfume?

One perfume that had me at FIRST SNIFF was definitely 22 Orris by LEDDA! Oh my goodness, have you tried this perfume? It was created by Stephanie Ledda and she knocked it off the park! There is nothing that smells like it. So very unique and elegant! Try it :)

Born in Roma isn't for me, it just smells like another basic fruity floral designer perfume to me 😩 completely different scent profile from Uomo Intense!
For me it was Another 13! There was no going back lol.

May I ask how sweet Bali Hai is? I‘m not really into gourmands, but fragrantica reviews said it is gourmand.
I personally don't find Bali Ha'i gourmand at all, the vanilla just adds a nice, warm, sunny kind of sweetness, not too sweet, and nothing edible smelling. They do have samples on Scent Split available to try :)

It just arrived today. I like it very much, but haven‘t unpacked the full bottle yet, I‘ll use the 2ml sample first. Creamy coconut vanilla :)

Do you feel that Celeste is similar to Xerjoff’s Dama Bianca? I have DB and trying to decide if I need Celeste. Thank you.
Although they share some note similarities, I don't find them that similar. Dama Bianca has a more elegant, grown, ethereal vibe to it, Celeste more whimsical and girly. Celeste I would categorize as a floral gourmand, it's much sweeter and sugared than Dama Bianca, includes the raspberry, and it also has a creaminess from the vanilla, where I don't get that with Dama Bianca. Celeste is also heavier on the violet, Dama Bianca has more of a fresh tone from the kumquat.

I was just watching a someone else's video about a different house. He said about the fragrance was not his favorite, and that he likes Lamar better, so searching that, I found your video. Are you familiar with L'IMPERATRICE by Dolce & Gabbana? To me, it smells like a can of pineapple. Is Lamar better than that? I don't care for the can of pineapple smell when it comes to perfume.
I personally don't get pineapple from L'Imperatrice, but I love Lamar and L'Imperatrice was okay for me. I'd say if you're hesitant about pineapple, they have samples available to try on Scent Split :)
Sampling violet shot, as I’m watching. It’s giving me an allergy attack. Guess I’m allergic to violet. Gonna have to go shower. Not for me. All I get is those violet candies. 😮

Do you feel that Bianco Latte smells like Dulce by Rosie Jane?
They smell very different to me. Although Dulce is also a vanilla musk, it goes into a different direction. It has a hint of chocolate and smells like sugary cereal to me. Dulce is also missing that warm, smooth, caramel character, missing the buttercream frosting sweetness and texture that Bianco Latte has. It's comforting and soft, a like overall for me, a skin scent that lasted about 3 hours
