I’ve actually been the only black man walking downtown Beijing and Shanghai. The people were so polite. I wasn’t being stared at or anything like that. I honestly felt more comfortable than many places here in the US.
It's not just that you are holding the camera, my man. You really give a positive aura, very approachable. With that said, this city looks so cosmopolitan and the people, so easy-going and inviting. Very nice.
It took me a few minutes to realize all the vehicles were electric. A big city, cars, bikes, scooters and such driving by but no noise. I can't imagine a major city with that many people, being so quiet
