I acknowledge that what Brux did was completely inappropriate and wrong. This feels as if we're a very bad dream. His teachings brought me to a relationship with Jesus that I never thought possible. We texted one another. He was always there for me with my thoughts and questions. How horrible this is and how horrible it affects all involved. I feel it very important to remind us that we all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23) May we remember this when we want to throw hatred towards Brux and the women involved. We should encourage his wife, Nina, their children, and the families of the victims. And, as God gives us grace, may we offer it to Brux in our comments and words.
