It's amazing how Nintendo is still going, that the 10th generation Switch 2 is almost here. Also, the Wii U was so futuristic for a 2012 release console, it was doing what 9th gen consoles should've been doing. Thank you Nintendo, and shout-out to Nintendo Unity!
I wasn’t around during the jump from NES to SNES (1995 baby here) but I always hear that jump between the two was mind blowing, Super Mario World being very colorful, Pilotwings and F-Zero with its Mode 7 really blew people away. SNES is one of my favorite consoles of all time with the Gamecube as a close second! >NES - SNES >Wii - Wii U >Switch - Switch 2 >Game Boy - Game Boy Advance >DS - 3DS Way to break the mold, N64 and Gamecube! We almost had a perfect pattern, there. And before anyone brings it up, Virtual Boy probably would’ve simply gotten a Virtual Boy 2 upgraded version, imagine that timeline.

The N64 and GameCube were my childhood (Remembering 10 year old me yelling at the screen while playing Mario Kart 64's GP. If you know, you know.)
