Numerical reasoning test, verbal reasoning test, inductive reasoning test, Hogan personality test and combination of these is Saville aptitude test. For instance if you are applying to sales or marketing position, they are interested in your numerical and verbal skills, natural intelligence and see if your personality test shows extroverted trails.

Move The blue boxes in each row separately Each of them have a pattern The top one moves 2 blocks left and reaches in the middle, as it continue to move after large box is finished. The middle blue box moves one step right every time And the lower one moves 2 blocks left just like the top one. I think now you got it.
