hi, I am using the latch that's the same as yours, but install kit doesn't come with the circle tab to hold the smart lock in place!. Do you know what this is called or where i can purchase it?

Can this lock be fully operated from an Ipad or pc, ie. could I set security codes etc? I am disabled and cannot use a smartphone.

I've a couple of questions. Can any key tags or key cards be updated with the new code if the user changes the code on the unit, or or they now rendered obsolete an need to be replaced. Also is the unit compatible with most traditional internal nightlatches.

So the company claim it fits any euro handle set up. I can't vouch for that but I trust their word. You don't have any key tags or cards with this lock. Just your mobile phone. The code is there in case you haven't got your mobile phone. If you want to allow anyone else in to the building you can either send a temporary code them or you can set the door to be open between certain times.

Handle been fitted off centre, too deep backset ?
They were fitted to stop the tenants from hitting their knuckles on the chunky fire door stops.
How easy is it to alter the code on these types of locks, as I assume the default code is factory set and is the same throughout the building at the moment ?

Just a series of codes and a unique number to enter to change them. I found I quite simple.
