    I am a 74 year old Grandmother and this is a very beautiful Meditation It is magical peaceful and very relaxing The music 🎶 🎵 ❤️ is very beautiful and I loved the Pianist Everything was beautiful and I am very grateful to Dr Joe Dispenza for what he has done for me in my life He is MR WONDERFUL ❤️ 😊 This Meditation is like a warm fuzzy blanket ❤️ I felt like I was wrapped in a BLANKET OF LOVE ❤️ I did not want this Meditation to end Thank you Dr Joe for bringing Music back into my life I am composing again on the piano 🎹 which I hardly ever played after my Husband died nearly 22 years ago Something incredible has happened to me since playing the Piano 🎹 again and I don't even care about being deaf in my left ear and having Tinnitus I am not going to stop playing the piano 🎹 I know that what Dr Joe is teaching works because what happened to me while playing the piano one day I would call it Supernatural and I am not sure that anyone will believe me but I can tell you all that it was the most beautiful experience ever I cried afterwards and I feel so grateful for this beautiful experience at the Piano 🎹 and it continues to happen to me evry time I play the piano I LOVE YOU ALL YOU ARE ALL BEAUTIFUL and AMAZING and I LOVE DR JOE DISPENZA ❤️ 💙 💜 😊 LOVE GAYE ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘 ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘 ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘 ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘 ❤️

    As he says, keep our mind & body in the present moment looks easy but no it’s a very hard work. I have been practicing this meditation for 4 days and I got frustrated, my mind is kind of turmoil, going to the past and the future most of the time, just few minutes in the present moment with great anxiety 😥, but I will keep it up 👍 doing this for additional 36 days. I will see what the results will be😳

    I have been doing this meditation for 14 consecutive days as today & it’s the first time I have felt my mind & body as one & part of the space, no division between my body and mind. What a sensation 🙏

      the idea is that the body has become the mind and it will try to take you away from the present moment through various emotions and thoughts into its desired mental state

    I just need to fully open my heart now. I can feel it blooming more and more, but it hasn’t opened completely. The rest of my body is completely relaxed. I’m convinced opening my heart fully is the final step to finally overcome the old me.

    I don't know how i should feel but this is very hard for me. After finishing i feel worse than when i started. What should i change to have a better experience?

      Maybe start with shorter meditation sessions, 5-10 minutes, and increase the length of time as you get more comfortable. I often find the right setting, free of distractions, works for me as well. There are also different types of meditations, so maybe you can explore which types resonate with you. Hope this helps. 😀

      I can't say specifically, but it could be tension in your body, shifting energy, how you're breathing, your posture, emotional release, etc. I don't think it's preferable to feel discomfort while meditating, but I encourage you to listen to your body.

      Keep them shut until you finally get the hang of it. Then try it outside with your eyes open becoming no one no where in no time 🤯….🙌

      @@ajmpatriot4899ALL your senses are intense now. I especially enjoy the heightened sense of taste. Everything tastes fantastic!! I find too that eating isn't as important as it once was. Also, things smell so good to me. Especially looking forward to perfect sight. No more glasses. 😎.
