    Hello everyone,
    Today I want to share my thoughts on the nature of my TH-cam channel. This space is neutral and different from the reality we live in. Here, there is no room for ego, criticism, or negativity. If a meditation doesn't resonate with you, this channel invites you to find one that better suits your needs.
    I want to emphasize that this channel is an environment where pleasure is relative. Just like when two people are in the same room, one might feel cold while the other feels warm, meditation is a subjective experience, and what works for one person might not work for another.
    We are here to improve our meditation practice and to share this journey together. I would like to ask you to do your best to contribute to a positive and welcoming environment, where we can share our experiences in meditation without judgment or prejudice.
    Thank you for being part of this meditation community. I hope that our space can continue to be a place of peace, serenity, and well-being for everyone who joins us.

      Can you please tell us what the voice în the background is saying. This is a compilation of dr. Joe's meditations and not an original one. And while it is a very good one, not knowing what goes into your subconscious lets one feel a bit off.

    My journey with the community and Dr. Joe started through my brother introducing this. I started meditating on September 8th of this year. Fourteen days later, my freedom day came. I drove to run errands by myself for the first time in a very long time and that night for the first time since June 20, 2018, the day of my double bypass surgery. I no longer needed to be on oxygen.
    This was my second time travel. There will be more. I am in amazing place.
    Thanks Dr. Joe!

    It was My first one hour meditation. I really proud of my self that I could more than one hour stay in that state. It was really great. I really didn’t want to back and open my eyes. I felt totally wholesome. I was one, that flow in everything. I was everyone and everything. I experienced my desire in my new body. That was totally great. I felt that source is everywhere in everything and in everybody. Actually we are existing in source. We are living in it. In space, that is source. We are part of the space and part of the source as well.

    I can’t wait to do it again. Sort of doze off towards the end 😞 however I did see and felt something huge that I had never felt before. I saw a geometrical yellow light shape that brought me in and I felt amazing !!! I also felt myself touch my ceiling . It was all good. All in peace and love. I can’t wait to try it again.

    I believe my current tower is I have been in my partnership with a man for 7 years who has become one of my best friends in life, but I feel like I’ve always had a stronger attraction to women and he knows and accepts that part of me so I have freedom to explore my feelings with other women. I didn’t believe I could have success with a long term serious girlfriend because of past traumas with my mother and sister so I was always a “chaser”. UNTIL NOW the Universe brought a lovely, amazing, incredibly giving woman who is emotionally available and wants to court me.

    Hello, all lovely mediators out there. I have a quick question. I’ve been doing this meditation for the past two weeks. It is remarkable; my question is, does anyone else Experience body temperature changes, for example, hot flashes, sweat outbreaks, etc.? Thanks for your feedback🙏🏽

    • @ArizonaWilde
      @ArizonaWilde  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you for your question and for sharing it with our community. As for me, I haven't experienced the exact same changes in body temperature that you mentioned during meditation. It's important to understand that meditation experiences can vary greatly from person to person...
      Each individual has a unique response to meditation, which can be influenced by different factors such as stress levels or lack thereof, the environment in which you meditate, and many others. Our bodies respond differently depending on these Thank you again.

    Is it possible to time travel back into the past or is this just to manifest things into the present

    • @ArizonaWilde
      @ArizonaWilde  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      According to our current scientific knowledge, time travel to the past is not considered possible according to the laws of physics as we currently understand them. The existing research and theories have not provided conclusive evidence to support the actual travel through time to the past.
      However, the meditation I mentioned earlier, regardless of its name, is not related to time travel. Meditation is a practice that helps us focus on the present moment and connect with ourselves. It is a way to calm our minds, reduce stress, and improve our well-being.
      Regarding manifesting things in the present, meditation can be used as a technique to help us focus and clarify our intentions and goals in life. By cultivating a positive attitude and a balanced perspective, we can create a mindset conducive to manifesting positive things in our lives.
      It is important to note that meditation and manifestation are not directly related to time travel or manipulating past events. These are different concepts and require a distinct approach.
      I hope this information helps you answer your question. If you need further clarification or additional information, please let me know.

    Why do I feel fear especially at night when I am meditating is there a problem with ?me please answer how can i overcome this fear?

    • @ArizonaWilde
      @ArizonaWilde  ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Hey there! It's completely normal to feel fear or anxiety while meditating, especially if it's a new experience for you. Meditation can be a very personal and intimate practice, and it's natural to feel a bit vulnerable. It's also possible that certain emotions or traumas may come up during meditation, which can be difficult to manage. However, it's important to remember that these feelings are a natural part of the process and that with time and practice, you can learn to manage them and develop a practice that works for you. If you continue to feel fear, it might be helpful to explore different meditation techniques or talk to a meditation instructor. Don't let fear discourage you from continuing your practice - it's a journey, and everyone's experience is unique. Keep it up!

    • @ArizonaWilde
      @ArizonaWilde  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's possible that fear may also come from the fact that we're not used to trusting the 'unknown.' We are conditioned to believe that this 3D reality is more trustworthy, but this isn't necessarily true.
      It's true that we're conditioned to believe that objective reality is more trustworthy and important than our subjective experience. However, meditation teaches us that both aspects are important and can be integrated to help us feel more balanced and connected with ourselves and the world around us.
      In the end, it's important to remember that fear is a natural and common emotion that can arise during meditation or in any other situation. It's important not to be overwhelmed by this emotion and to try to view it with compassion and mindfulness so that we can learn to manage it and develop a meditation practice that helps us feel more peaceful and centered.

      You could do a bit of self discovery here.
      Fear means the possibility to be hurt/ harmed. This is the state of being a victim. Read Breaking the habit of being yourself and Becoming supernatural so you can know how to overcome the state of being a victim and become the creator. When you are a creator, you are not a victim. You will feel safe and sound again. Wish the best with you❤

      It’s a good sign because the purpose of his meditation is to go deep down into you, so that all begin and it a good sign that you will face the root of your fear and he always saying that you have to face it to free yourself from the past , at the end I want to say that congrats to you because you’re in the right path 🎉🎉🎉

      I know exactly what you mean… I’ve studied metaphysics for so long, but feared closing my eyes to practice meditation. One day a “random” person walked in to my shop,told me what i needed to hear without asking him about it. He explained to me that meditation gives you light, therefore shadows can’t get close to you. After that day I trusted my light, and now I can’t stop meditating. I do it every chance I get!! That stranger was god sent !! Hope it helps. ❤

      I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty using your imagination during meditation. I understand that it can be a challenge for some people to visualize things in a visual way.
      There are a few things you can try to stimulate your imagination during meditation. First, try to relax and clear your mind of daily thoughts and concerns. This can be accomplished through deep breathing or by focusing on the physical sensations in your body.
      Secondly, try visualizing a simple object, such as a ball or a piece of fruit. Visualize it in detail, using all your senses to see, feel and smell it. You can try to imagine how it moves or changes in light.
      There are also guided meditations that can help you stimulate your imagination. These may include visual images or stories to help you imagine different scenarios.
      Finally, it's important to remember that meditation is a personal practice and there is no one right way to do it. If you have difficulty using your imagination, you can also try other techniques such as focusing on your breath or physical sensations in your body.
      I hope these suggestions are helpful and wish you success in your meditation practice.

      Great suggestions. I would like to add that your level of rest is important. I noticed that when I am too tired I am not able to “see” much. Getting enough rest is important. Keep doing it. As Dr Dispenza says… when you think you’re doing it wrong you are doing it right. When you go to the gym, it’ll take a few weeks to see those gains. Same thing here. Keep doing it. You will never regret it. 🙏🏼

      Metaphors are a powerful tool in language that allow us to convey complex ideas in a simple and relatable way. Have you ever heard of metaphors? They are used in every language and every culture, and have been used for centuries to make communication more effective. It's hard to imagine a scenario where a metaphor could not be used to enhance our understanding of a concept or idea. So, since when can a metaphor not be used? It seems almost impossible to imagine a situation where a metaphor would be inappropriate or ineffective. So go ahead and use metaphors to spice up your language and get your point across in a more vivid and memorable way!

    • @Samantha19658
      @Samantha19658 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@ArizonaWilde metaphors are also according to your own perspective… it’s very subjective. Like opinions… wonderful things to dangle around but still misleading.

    • @ArizonaWilde
      @ArizonaWilde  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@Samantha19658
      Thank you for your comment. While it's true that metaphors can be subject to interpretation and may not be universally understood, it's important to note that a metaphor is not inherently subjective. In fact, a good metaphor should be based on truth and accurately convey the intended meaning. The beauty of a metaphor lies in its ability to make abstract or complex concepts more accessible to the reader or listener. Of course, like any form of language, there is always a risk of misinterpretation or miscommunication. However, this doesn't mean that metaphors are inherently misleading. Rather, it's important to use them thoughtfully and with clear intention to ensure that they are effective in conveying the desired message.
