Great job on the review but why wouldn't they take a trx-4, fiddle with the geometry, brushless, metal axles etc and break into the solid axle Mtruck market? The losi has done exceptionally well. Then you'd kinda have a losi/Traxxas rivalry along with big foot/gravedigger. Missed opportunity.
That would be an awesome idea for traxxas but I have a feeling this good of an idea has already been brought up on the design teams so they might be working on it rn that would be the smart thing bc the trx4 platform is already pretty good
Ive tried building one, trx4 axles are too narrow compared to smt10 or LMT axles. Plus the portal axles dont work good with really big tires, i kept breaking the C hubs off the front end. That and the panhard mount.
Great Video. Slapped You W A Sub. Ive Been Dissapointed In Traxxas But They Kinda Redeemed Themselves W Me With This Vehicle. Still Quite Underpowered But This Is Still 1 Of 2 Traxxas RC's I Have To Have In My Collection.
I've always been a Traxxas fan but I can definitely see how you have that perspective. I feel like their new stuff has been way more bullet proof and well engineered. I feel like you're getting much better value for the dollar these days
I wonder what it would take to put that body and clipess system on my Stampede 4x4 V2 VXL? 😂. I wish they had an option to go with no battery and charger for us that already have those two components from another model like me. I only break my Stampede (the latest one), when I land really badly or I hit a tree going full speed 😂
If you have the original clipped shorter wheelbase stampede it won't work however if you have the Hoss, Stampede 4x4 BL-2S, or the current generation Stampede 4x4 VXL then you could absolutely put these body mounts on and make those clipless. I believe the only thing you'd have to do, unless you have them, is put on the HD shock towers so you have the mounting points
Eh, I mean to each their own. So far the only car that it seems to be a miss on is the Mudboss / Slash Modified since it pops the clips sometimes, and I guess you could put the Rally in that category since I've had a few folks break the clip system on the body side. Everything else has held on quite well and I've gotten a lot of positive feedback on them from families and enthusiasts
Great reveiw. Thanks
No problem, glad you liked it 👍
It looks really nice. Subscribed
Good job buddy!!! I have the original Traxxas bigfoot, i will definitely pick up the new one for sure!!!! It looks awesome!!!

@brentfabian174 well yeah that's why I say with the geometry. Lowering the center of gravity by widening the wheelbase is the first step IMHO.
Yeah Traxxas isn't interested in that!!!
Hello, do you think you can compare this new Bigfoot with the older version of the Stampede 4x4, please?
actually I can. I own a VXL one, it's quite modified but I can compare the differences with the HD vs non
Nice review 👍🏽
@@mikebianco7854 thanks man Don't forget to click that subscribe button ❤️❤️❤️
great video. this truck looks like a great update
Do you think the cage would fit in bigfoot #1 body?
@@dustin5682 unlikely as the 2wd is shorter in wheel base compared to the 4z4
Good vid
Appreciate the view!

Clipless is bad news !
Body looks toyish

It's a stampede with different tires. Nothing's new.
It’s a new variation. The body and wheels are the main selling points of this one and both are new
