In the flashback to the botched mission in Nicaragua, when Edgar tells Noir of the new supe they're cooking up (Homelander), he brags about how he'll be able to do everything Soldier Boy can and more. That took place in 84. Assuming this show's timeline is equal to our own, this would make Homelander in his late 30's for most of the show and 40 in S4. Which is exactly how old he looks. As far as I know, only Stormfront and Soldier Boy have show any reduced aging qualities. Stormfront in particular seems to age very slowly, if at all. No, in my opinion the series is definitely better, and it's very rare that I say this because in general I defend the original works, but the Boys comics are indecent, the series is written with much more care and "love", the characters are also more complicated and multifaceted
They both grew up without a caring father and made too powerful and narcissistic to have had any meaningful relationships or friendships. Soldier Boy saw far too much of himself in the man standing in front of him that he knew there was no making things right for any of them. His downfall was of his own making and he knew the same outcome was headed for Homelander. The last kindness as a father was to put him down himself... too bad his grandson had mixed feelings about the whole ordeal.
I cannot describe how much I hate this scene
entire 3 episodes of season 4 thus far are EVEN WORSE somehow
at this point I just watch it for good vfx and ironic watch, not even hаtе watch because that was season 3 already for me
When Butcher teamed with Homelander, the guy whom he wanted dead all 3 seasons just because Ryan showed up, the shark jumped
Ryan ruined everything. The literally have Homelander withouth escape
Oh homelander….
i never this show yet and Homelander is really good character
Stupidest ending I’ve ever seen. SB would had been justified taking either side. Either keeping his word or fighting for his family. Billy really screwed the pooch on this. Would had been to easy to take down Homelander but he through everything away simply because SB pushed Ryan 😂😂😂😂
Homelander has so much respect for butcher
Butcher's huge L moment
Ryan is everything
Hey Butcher! Where's your fkin rage!? Your self respect!?
2:53 Ozai to Azula
i kinda felt bad for homelander
Dame un pedazo de ese chocolate
3:16 what is qween maive standing there😂. Like if she cares about homelander and his son.
I like that homelander is more or less Omni man.
Less because Omni-man has humility. Omni-man is a warrior while homelander is just biff from back to the future with superpowers.
Omni-man is more… everything. Stronger, more disciplined, more moral. He’s far from perfect but he’s even further from the man-child Homelander is
That was a big mistake. Even if Soldierboy shot Ryan and Homelander point blank like that, they would not have died, the v would just be zapped out of them.
And at 3:23 this, young fellas is how you effectively destroy a tv show that had showed great promise. What a disgrace.
I hate to say it but I felt kinda bad for Homelander in this scene.
ryan look like soldier boy more than homelander
Why did Ryan bleed?
He isn't fully powered like Homelander yet. Still Developing.
His powers aren’t fully developed like HL’s are yet so he’s not as durable.
Plus he got slammed by Soldier Boy, his own Grandfather and the second strongest man alive, he’s likely to blood the same way a normal child would have a grown man did that.
@@bigballerju07Homelander was bleeding too
I really really hope they bring Soldier Boy back in the next season
aka soldier boy
Nah season four is even more woke
Maybe in the last season? But who knows
Surely they could of picked up Ryan and got him out of there. Then killed homelander
If they can hold homelander back so easily why don’t other supes just jump him?
for all we know Ryan wouldn't even die here soldier boy will just burn the V out of them, Butcher was so dumb here but yeah they need 2 more seasons.
I only needed some milk 😅
Who will win if homelander and hulk (MCU) fight each other?
lol
If we're talking about MCU, I feel like Homelander is physically stronger than Captain America, not by too much but by a decent bit. Maybe like how Maeve is to him? Since hulk's strength is basically a mutated version of Captain America's, I'm a bit confident in thinking that it could be decently evenly matched.
@@masterrdf418i think hulk might mid diff him,Homelander in close quarters will have no chance to punch as he keeps getting grappled
Laser is useless
Neither. They would both stop fighting and start furiously making out.
@@joenaomeke2700 laser isn't useless. In MCU hulk's skin is pretty strong but not indestructible. And HL's laser is very strong. And not only it burns but it also has kind of a punching effect too
We don't know if it would pierce Hulk's skin but saying it's useless is just wrong
Butcher being a sellout
This sucks, they literally ruined the entire show, story... Butcher was my favorite character for first two seasons but they did Soldier Boy dirty... Very dissapointed by final episodes of third season
Homelander >>> Soldier boy
1:22-1:24
1:23
I am so waiting for homelanders death the live action adaptation made me hate his character it will be so satisfying
🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸
Butcher is pathetic.
This is horrific and horrible
This show is a complete pos. 😁
I'm THE 4K LIKE!!!
In Preacher, when the Saint of Killers finds his wife and daughter dead, his souls shatters and disappears. Similarly, in the moment that Soldier Boy says he is a disappointment, it is the moment that whatever humanity Homelander has left is gone for good.
