Homelander tries to intimidate them and they kick his trash. A sup that wants to be left alone but gets pulled in from a random encounter.
Notice how sage and atrain dont help and later we find out sage let atrain get away safely , i think sage is gonna switch sides , if she is that smart her morals must be amplified.
He lasered her but obviously she's quite invulnerable so it didn't affect her however that's what Homelander WANTED. That exposed her as a Supe, especially when her eyes changed.
