The 1985 Miami court case - Hunt vs Liberty Lobby which the CIA lost and lawyer Mark Lane won - is evidence beyond all reasonable doubt the CIA assassinated JFK. Opting for peaceful coexistence with the USSR and Cuba, plus, ordering the withdrawal of US troops from Vietnam etc., got JFK killed by the military-industrial complex which controls the US. LBJ reversed the order, four days after the assassination. JFK was the last US president to oppose the military/industrial complex and he paid the ultimate price. Lawyer Mark Lane's two excellent books on the assassination 'Plausible Denial' and 'Last Word' are an in-depth analysis of the assassination and they provide transcripts of the Miami court case.

@silverstuff182 Which you clearly lack. When has 'common sense' ever been accepted as actual evidence in a court case?

@patm6704 The Miami court case (Liberty Lobby) had little or nothing to do with the allegation of conspiracy in the JFK assassination. It centered on whether E. Howard Hunt could prove he was NOT in Dallas; something anyone might not be able to do re: a date and/or city. How many times will we keep hearing that old zombie lie about an E. Howard Hunt "deathbed confession"? Younger, and thus more ill-informed people, read of it on factoid-filled conspiracy sites, then recycle it in the comments section. The plain fact remains that: two of Hunt's sons took advantage of his loss of lucidity by coaching and exploiting him for financial gain, and falsified accounts of his supposed "confession." The Los Angeles Times said they examined the materials offered by the sons to support the confession story and found them to be not credible.

Fact- the doctors and technicians who were present at Kennedy’s autopsy all declared that he was hit from two different directions. There goes the single bullet theory and the Warren commission. Happy New Year everyone, let’s hope that all the records are released in 2025.

    • @apointofinterest8574

@1976donzi The four main doctors who attended to the dying president: Perry, Carrico, Jenkins & Baxter; all agreed that in Carrico's words, "Nothing we observed contradicts the autopsy finding that the bullets were fired from above and behind by a high-velocity weapon." The same Parkland doctors appeared on NOVA in 1988, re-examined the autopsy photos and agreed they are accurate and depict an entry wound on the back of the skull. There goes your ludicrous "all the doctors said" fantasy.

It’s not just living agents that need to be protected. Families of dead agents should be protected. Those records could still be released with the names redacted.

It would have to be a very rare case when the, for example Russian operatives would want to kill an individual involved with the JFK Assassination. There has been greater harm done by secretive control by agencies and people we should be able to trust

    • @apointofinterest8574

As of 2024, all the JFK records have been released, with pinpoint redactions in individual files of the names of people (e.g. agents) still alive, or intelligence gathering methods federal agencies do not wish to publicize. There is no entire document or file which is presently withheld from the public. Needless to say, no smoking gun conspiracy in any of the docs or files. @davidrestione2949

So the CIA knew a great deal about Oswald, had been intercepting mail, knew he had gone and come from the Soviet Union but this was embarrassing for them? I think they used him as part of the plot. That’s embarrassing.

Imagine… if Oswald’s visa had been granted by either the USSR or Cuba, he wouldn’t have been in Dallas on November 22.

    • @bombatta1544

There were up to seven plots that fall. They were going to get him eventually. For example, Hoffa wanted to throw a bomb into the house of his mistress. Both Kennedy's were messing with the mafia, Jews, CIA, Pentagon and big business and expect to live. Furthermore, he was infuriating the Secret Service with his affairs.
