Eric and Lucas are such a great duo. I've watched both separately for a while and I've always wanted to see them together, and it's great to have this series where they get to try things together.
I watched Lucas and Eric’s dim sum video twice because I enjoyed it so much. I loved this one as well. Two subject matter experts getting together; and, they’re so comedic with each other too. Awesome paring.
7:50 Lucas and Eric are hilarious together, their banter back and forth is so authentic. I love listening to them talk about food we all love and grow up with
The way Lucas and Eric passionately and scientifically talk about food genuinely is so much fun and so inspiring. They think about the balance of things exactly the way I wish more people would talk about. Probably one of my favorite eat-em videos I've seen on here.
Absolutely incredible video. This bakery looks amazing and the dynamic between Lucas and Eric was an absolute delight. Wow wow wow wow wow. Is this a sign of the BA renaissance?
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I love these two on screen. There’s so much chemistry and I’m loving the content. I also feel so seen and represented by the hosts, the food, culture and conversations. Can’t wait for the next one!
Love to watch people who know and understand food talk about food. As someone who’s really interested in the chemistry and complexity of food and baking, I appreciate and enjoy this a lot.
12:20 Fun fact: in Taiwan there's this Taiwanese style radish cake which contains no meat at all and oftentimes very crumbly because it's typically low on the carb to daikon ratio compared to the Cantonese version(the one Lukas mentions here)
Definitely adding this place to my list of restaurants to go when I visit New York! The Lucas and Eric duo is amazing. I really love their banter and down-to-earth commentary on the dishes they ate. You can feel the passion they have for the food!
It's a bit of a gimmick if the restaurant reinvents one classic dish. The fact that Win Son invented so many classic dishes shows how culinarily creative they are. Amazing restaurant!
these two chad's are a power couple! love these guys, please keep making more content together, maybe travel all over the world together to explore all types of foods!
Yes! Love that this show is coming back and I love Lucas & Eric's off-hand explanations of the various intricacies in each dish. More of this duo and this show please!
Took so long to eat it all that Eric's band-aids needed a switch before the burgers. Even with one bite I don't know how you can eat so much. Another great video with those two.
Love this series! I'm Shanghainese and to us those sticky rice rolls are not Fan Than, they are CI FAN 粢飯, which we usually eat with sweet or savoury hot soy bean milk.
I went to the dim sum place that Eric and Lucas did this type of video for and lemme tell ya, def worth it. That fried shrimp wrap in rice noodle? yes please.
Chive dumplings are so flavorful that it seems I had to grow up a lot to appreciate them haha! Missing veggies grown on their best soil -- scallions, lotus root, etc haven't been the saaaaame
So glad they brought this show back. Perfect duo for it.
😊 no

@@mattward267 Lol, _your_ welcome 😉
I almost don’t want to ask,but what is a ball buster? 😂

Lucas and Eric are such a solid duo for this show. Loved the last few episodes!
I love how he changes his bandages on his fingers - there's no shame in rocking Hello Kitty!!!
Any video with Lucas is an instant like. Love learning the history and fun facts about the food I grew up eating!
BA went all-in on Lucas and I am here for it
It’s their best move he’s so great on camera and knowledgeable being a chef & owner
The way Lucas and Eric passionately and scientifically talk about food genuinely is so much fun and so inspiring. They think about the balance of things exactly the way I wish more people would talk about. Probably one of my favorite eat-em videos I've seen on here.

I love how Eric eats the whole thing and Lucas just tastes it. It’s like the Cookie Monster and Chris rank cookies video 😂
Lucas and Eric together is like salt and pepper. Perfect baby
PLEASE KEEP THIS DUO GOING FOREVER
This video is giving "I love food" energy. We love that.

I like this show a lot, glad they brought it back. I do miss Delaney, but Lucas does an amazing job!
Glad to have them back! Again everything looks mouth-watering. Lucas and Eric might be the unexpected travel brochure to get me to visit NYC
Keep these fellas working these episodes have been awesome
12:02 describing a chicken sandwish to be KFC in Taiwan is as high as a complement that a chicken sandwish can get in the world😂
Taiwan does fried chicken sooo well - even when it comes to American fast food chains, they do it better 🤌
I don't even care that much about food why do I enjoy watching Lucas and Eric so much lol. They need to star in a cooking show together!
I have been watching Lucas for years- the stir fry greens video is a personal fave. Here for this!
I. WOULD. EAT. EVERYTHING. HERE. Especially the breakfast menu. Omg I wish there was a place like this near me 😩
These guys are inspirational.
this was shut the last time i was in NYC and i'm nearly in tears rn
I LOVE these two together!! Keep the videos coming!!!!
My favorite series! Keep making them!
The first requisite for success is the ability to apply your physical and mental energies to one problem incessantly without growing weary.
Yes anothee lucas and eric collab!!
Love this series! I'm Shanghainese and to us those sticky rice rolls are not Fan Than, they are CI FAN 粢飯, which we usually eat with sweet or savoury hot soy bean milk.
Either way both are delish ❤
This place seems extraordinary. These guys are the dynamic duo of Taiwanese- American cuisine.
Love to see that you brought this show back!
obsessed with this series and these two
The most adorable eating everything on the menu.
my new favourite duo
My mind is blown away by every dish, making even the simple ones look surprisingly intricate
These two have been great, love these videos.
these two are perfect for this series!!!!!! obsessed
This was so perfect. The only thing that would make it more perfect is if I had plans to travel over there and try it.
More of this please. Need more hidden gems like this bakery
Love that you all brought this series back!
This series is fantastic. More please.
"I'll give it to you everyday".... PARDON?!?! LOL

Lucas is growing in me… future celebrity chef if not already
This place looks AMAZING! I’d literally try everything on this menu if I lived close by.
One bite and Chef Eric proceeds to shove the entire half into his mouth. 😂
Love these episodes, they are the best duo and fun to watch. More eps please ❤
Lucas is bringing BA BACK baby!!!!
it's insane how much food this place has. also the drinks.
Loving the cultural feel to this duo!❤
Love this series! Lucas and Eric are a great duo!
Watching them down an entire shot of Kaoliang liquor each after watching How To Drink's episode on it gave me goosebumps, holy.
20:45 "I'll give it to you every day" lmao
The energy of the duo!!! ❤
I've never had snow pea leaves salad
Thrilled to see the gluten-free options! We’ll definitely stop by this bakery soon!!
Please don't ever separate these two!!!
there's often salted egg in fan tuan though, even better if there's jammy salted egg yolk
If I just happened to walk into this fabulous bakery I wouldn’t know what to order or even what some of the menu items were! Now I know 😊Thank you
One of my favorite spots! I have never had the pastries, because I'm usually getting the breakfast sandwiches for dinner, but now I have to!
I love em together. Always fun and informative. But what happened with the dou jiang and you tiao? It was there then they edited them out? :(
at 16:17, he says it's like a "xian bing" 餡餅, not "shao bing" 燒餅 like it says in the subtitles.
I went to the dim sum place that Eric and Lucas did this type of video for and lemme tell ya, def worth it. That fried shrimp wrap in rice noodle? yes please.
Tongue is an amazing cut of meat. I always get lingua tacos. Bai jiu was hard to learn to enjoy, much like grappa. Now I love bai jiu.
is it just me or do these guys have immaculate skin (for the stuff they're eating)
Chive dumplings are so flavorful that it seems I had to grow up a lot to appreciate them haha!
Missing veggies grown on their best soil -- scallions, lotus root, etc haven't been the saaaaame
Love this video so much!! You are a great team. Do more of these videos!!
Wow, this place is amazing! Thank you for the video and your recommendations!
That restaurant is a Win Son
I love Taiwanese Food & living here in Taiwan 🇹🇼
The short guy is adorable
This series is wonderful.
Wow, I order one of everything on the menu all the time. I didn’t realize that there was a show about it until now
I knew I needed try Win Son but Omg I need to go now, this menu looks amazing
Lucas sins by himself is lifting this channel back up ever since the crew break up.
Another great episode of one of everything.
This is the dream - being paid to eat everything on a fab menu. love it!
2024 job requirements for a bakery: just be a full fledged restaurant and also do some bakery stuff :D
I like these two together
You guys didn’t have their ice-creams!! They are fantastic!
