There's one more fact about Scarlet Witch that was stated in the series, that is she can Spontaneous use magic without casting spells or doing enchantments. In other words, can use magic as she pleases and can do things she thinks of.
They were suppose to meet in wandavision, but marvel took him out because they felt like if they introduce doctor strange, the attention of the fans will be on doctor strange instead of wanda. They also said that one of scenes they removed were to teach wanda the magic that defeated agatha in the end.

None of the Asgardians really showed much magical talent. Loki only recently started showing proficiency in magic, before he was just a shapeshifter. Freya was said to know magic and teach it to Loli, but even she never showed any great magical talent and she died super fast by just a regular weapon. Odin is the only Asgardian we know of who would even make it to this list.

Ebony Maw isn't a sorcerer, he is a telekinetic, more akin to mutants of that power. Definitely powerful, but not a magic user directly. Even in comics he isn't a magic user, he just has abilities of mental manipulation and control
Honestly it would've been so cool if she chased Thanos (because it made no sense she just forgot about him after) and then Ebony Maw would try to stop her from trying to kill his master and then there will be epic battle where wanda defeats Maw (cause let's be honest she'd defeat him)
I think Agatha should be above Nico. She is able to resist and absorb power from the Scarlet Witch, who for a long time was raw and wild in her extraordinary power much like Nico. I think Agatha could steal her power and resist her reality altering abilities like she does with Wanda's. Just my two cents, love the video. Any thoughts?
Nico is above as she has the ability to simply banish Agatha to the dark dimension which Agatha could do nothing about. Additionally, Nico can use Dark Dimension power, Agatha couldn't absorb all of the power Nico can summon. Don't see that as a win condition for Agatha. Also, post-training Nico would be a master of the mystic arts, Wanda was not.

I think one of the major things that show Wanda is the most powerful is that the others spent decades and some of them even centuries to do half the stuff Wanda does, while Wanda did the things she did without even knowing what she was doing or that it was magic
I think the Ten Rings should be a special mention as Wong stated that when Shang Chi used the rings, they felt it in Kamah-Taj. Those are likely magically artifacts by nature.
Ten Rings is not magical, but a weapon that can manipulate elemental forces, which makes it fit to ShangChi who is a master of Chi (natural energy force). What wong detected is the strong energy disturbance created when the rings were being maxed out during the fight. Unless of course, MCU retcon it.

I think Strange could be 1st if you count with the time stone, all though I also think that Wandas magic is more powerful than Stranges magic. We haven't seen a real fight with Dr.Strange were we see his power fully, in his first movie he had just started out with magic, in Infinity War he couldn't use the time stone in combat and in Endgame he didn't have the timestone with him and he knew that he couldn't fight Thanos bcs he knew that Tony had to. Also, Strange have all the books to read in Kamar Taj and I think that that will make him more powerful
It’s simple and obvious that Wandas powers out shine stranges by a ton. She can astral project while in the state of both minds where as strange can only be in one mind during astral projection. She doesn’t have to make weird hand movements to cast magic or weapons such as strange. She flips her fingers a few times a casts a massive wave of magic without speaking or doing crazy hand gestures. It’s so much obvious information as to why Wanda is more powerful than strange but a lot of people are still in denial of that

She’s this “mythical being” who was forged and destined to destroy planets and her power exceeds that of all the sorcerer supreme roles so she smashed base strange by a mega ton. She has chaos magic, reality magic, and the dark hold book. 3 new items which buffed her insanely. I don’t think strange supreme has chaos magic but I do know he can really take over a bunch of realities with his powers.
I would Put Agatha higher, she absorbs any magic energy projected to her. She took out a whole coven of proficient witches, has dark hold access and only bested by the number 1 on this list.

Doctor Strange Supreme from What If is definitely the most powerful sorcerer. He was able to change a fixed point in time that even the time stone couldn't do and momentarily held back the universe from collapsing and his shields still stood even after the universe was destroyed. He is OP
I think the video is looking at their individual powers and strengths without power ups. Strange supreme was augmented by draining the power of other magical beings. Something Agatha Harkness does well.
That's a what if story, it has it in it's name. Meaning that it's not canon, it's just a "reality" where this event happened, I think the video was about a more canon version of the MCU

Also Scarlet Witch's reality warping I believe is permanent as the bulletproof vest that was changed into a dress could be taken out of the hex. Also the reality stone isn't permanent as when Thanos left Drax and Mantis went back to normal so Scarlet Witch is presumably more powerful then a infinity stone.

The show contains the MCU-exclusive design of the Roxxon logo from Cloak & Dagger. A newspaper that appeared had an unseen reference to the Sokovia Accords. The official prop is how we know this. On the other hand, both the book "Wakanda Files" and the newest Disney attraction "Avengers Campus" allude to Netflix and ABC's shows in more than one occasion. James Gunn also denies the official tie-in comics are canon, dispite Marvel confirming they are with an official Red Stamp to state such. He also doesn’t know which Superman Bloodsport shot in The Suicide Squad dispite saying it’s set in the DC Extended Universe moments earlier. Additionally, he blatantly lies about having discussions regarding a Marvel/DC crossover movie. He was also unaware that Marvel Studios are developing an R-Rated Marvel Cinematic Universe movie, which is Deadpool 3, further showing his incompetence.

Agatha would get sent to the dark dimension by Tina and Nico which she could do nothing about. Doctor Strange could trap her in the Mirror Dimension or any number of things to defeat her. For all those wondering about Strange Supreme; 1. He stole other being's powers 2. He broke his oath 3. The Scarlet Witch has more raw power compared to Strange Supreme who required centuries of absorbing powers to get to that level 4. As we saw, Wanda's only weakness was runes, she can't be depowered, even after Agatha thinking she took all her powers, she still was capable of performing magic
Supreme strange became way above Wanda's level once he absorbed 5 beings. By the end of his absorbing fest he was 1000000x more powerful than prime Wanda.
Wanda can be killed by bullets or lightning. Wanda can be killed from a pinch from Thor. Strange supreme can't be killed by bullets or anything like that because his skin is nearly invulnerable
Doctor strange lived over 14million lifetimes in infinity war, and countless lifetimes in his final confrontation with dormamu, his experience of mystic arts dwarfs everyone on this list combined

I think this is a list of raw power and not necessarily skill. In that contest, Wanda wins undoubtedly. She can, quite literally, do anything she wants. Morgan would be 1 if the list would be about who would win a fight against anyone else in the list.

I think Agatha should be above Nico. She is able to resist and absorb power from the Scarlet Witch, who for a long time was raw and wild in her extraordinary power much like Nico. Nico is above as she has the ability to simply banish Agatha to the dark dimension which Agatha could do nothing about. Additionally, Nico can use Dark Dimension power, Agatha couldn't absorb all of the power Nico can summon. Don't see that as a win condition for Agatha.
Also, post-training Nico would be a master of the mystic arts, Wanda was not.

I think the Ten Rings should be a special mention as Wong stated that when Shang Chi used the rings, they felt it in Kamah-Taj. Those are likely magically artifacts by nature.
Ten Rings is not magical, but a weapon that can manipulate elemental forces, which makes it fit to ShangChi who is a master of Chi (natural energy force). What wong detected is the strong energy disturbance created when the rings were being maxed out during the fight.

I think Strange could be 1st if you count with the time stone, all though I also think that Wandas magic is more powerful than Stranges magic. We haven't seen a real fight with Dr.Strange were we see his power fully, in his first movie he had just started out with magic, in Infinity War he couldn't use the time stone in combat and in Endgame he didn't have the timestone with him and he knew that he couldn't fight Thanos bcs he knew that Tony had to. She’s this “mythical being” who was forged and destined to destroy planets and her power exceeds that of all the sorcerer supreme roles so she smashed base strange by a mega ton. I don’t think strange supreme has chaos magic but I do know he can really take over a bunch of realities with his powers.

A newspaper that appeared had an unseen reference to the Sokovia Accords. The official prop is how we know this.
Actors and tweets have referred to it as MCU.
Paul Zbyszewski's interviews referred to the show primarily as not tied to the MCU, as in not tying into anything else, telling a standalone story. In the same interviews, he referred to it as "a pocket of the universe", making it clearer what he meant.
*The snap didn't happen*
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. S5 occurs because of Avengers: Infinity War. The events of that film are referenced heavily from 5x19 to 5x22.
If Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. S6-7 were not in the main timeline, the Earth would be destroyed in 2018. There is no work around.
In Avengers: Endgame, we see that society functions after the snap. People still go to restaurants, have jobs, and play video games. In WandaVision, we see hospitals are operational.
Captain America says that people have moved on from the snap. We can see that only a few people are still going to group therapy.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. S7 was intended to have a reference to the snap, with it being explained that the Quantum Realm could theoretically allow someone to survive the snap.
The Runaways were only in Los Angeles after the snap occurred, and didn't have time to learn about the snap due to the issue of Morgan Le Fray.
The Corvus WizPhones completely distracted users from their outside lives. It would definitely drive attention away from the snap.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. S6 didn't see much from the civilian point of view, and S.H.I.E.L.D. were preoccupied dealing with Sarge, Izel and the Shrike invasion.
Helstrom, taking place in 2020 or 2021, is far enough after the snap that it is reasonable that a lot of people would move on with their lives.
It is more unlikely that most of Peter's classmates died from the snap, as well as the original Avengers surviving the snap while the newer movie characters don't, than the cast of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. surviving, but those happened as well. It being unlikely doesn't make it impossible. It's simply plot convenience.
Theories
The Runaways cast were in the Dark Dimension during the snap, which is outside of time and in another dimension. It's possible that they were not susceptible.
It is unknown if demons are susceptible to the snap, and if they weren't, half of Helstrom wouldn't have been counted as a part of the 50%.

When Kevin Feige was asked about Tina Minoru in Doctor Strange, he stated that the Minoru in Doctor Strange is just an easter egg. "We never say Minoru in the movie, do we? No. So that picture, if it is in the art of book, is the only place you’d ever see that name... That’s how we always build the universe. There’s so many characters in the books that if we have need for a person to be in this place at this time and have a line or have no lines, we still want it to be someone, and often times that’s how the names come about. And the names we pull are the ones that are relatively top of mind or have been amongst characters we’ve thought about, like the Runaways, for a long time. I would call that an Easter Egg that most people won’t even see."

WandaVision's director, Matt Shakman confirmed that the WandaVision's Darkhold is the same Darkhold from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. It was just redesigned for WandaVision.
*Mahershala Ali as Cottonmouth and Blade*
An actor playing more than one character does not decanonize anything. Gemma Chan, played Minn-Erva in Captain Marvel, yet she will play Sersi in Eternals. Michelle Yeoh played Aleta in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, yet she will play Jiang Nan in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. It doesn't really matter if Mahershala Ali will play Blade, because Cottonmouth is already dead.
*Phil Coulson wasn't mentioned to be alive in Loki*
Phil Coulson did die for 5 days after Loki killed him. Mobius' point was to make Loki feel bad because Loki is hurting people. Mentioning that Phil Coulson will be resurrected will not help Mobius.

James Gunn has no word in what makes it into a project he doesn't coordinate nor participate in. On the other hand, both the book "Wakanda Files" and the newest Disney attraction "Avengers Campus" allude to Netflix and ABC's shows in more than one occasion. James Gunn also denies the official tie-in comics are canon, dispite Marvel confirming they are with an official Red Stamp to state such. He also doesn’t know which Superman Bloodsport shot in The Suicide Squad dispite saying it’s set in the DC Extended Universe moments earlier. Additionally, he blatantly lies about having discussions regarding a Marvel/DC crossover movie. He was also unaware that Marvel Studios are developing an R-Rated Marvel Cinematic Universe movie, which is Deadpool 3, further showing his incompetence.

Agatha would get sent to the dark dimension by Tina and Nico which she could do nothing about. Doctor Strange could trap her in the Mirror Dimension or any number of things to defeat her. Wanda, obviously is stronger than her and Morgan can stop time and kill Agatha with no issue. She's right where she should be.

3. The Scarlet Witch has more raw power compared to Strange Supreme who required centuries of absorbing powers to get to that level
4. As we saw, Wanda's only weakness was runes, she can't be depowered, even after Agatha thinking she took all her powers, she still was capable of performing magic

Supreme strange became way above Wanda's level once he absorbed 5 beings. By the end of his absorbing fest he was 1000000x more powerful than prime Wanda.
Wanda can be killed by bullets or lightning. Wanda can be killed from a pinch from Thor. Strange supreme can't be killed by bullets or anything like that because his skin is nearly invulnerable

I think that Agatha Harkness should be number 5. She took on Scarlet Witch and was equal for a while. Morgana le Fey should be number 1. For now. She trained for thousands of years. I think Doctor Strange and Scarlet Witch will become the two most powerful magic users in the MCU. I think that they will share the top spot. But otherwise I agree with your rankings. skill and knowledge maybe morgana is better but if we are comparing raw power then its already correct that wanda as scarlet witch is number one because as said shes supposed to be a myth as her raw power is extremely strong meaning even knowledge and experience cant compete with the scarlet witch’s power
I think this is a list of raw power and not necessarily skill. In that contest, Wanda wins undoubtedly. She can, quite literally, do anything she wants. Morgan would be 1 if the list would be about who would win a fight against anyone else in the list.
