This is way! to safe Frank, you need to come to the paydirtarosa so I can show you some short cuts, speaking of short cuts; you took all the back roads LOL
Eight more miles in that battle wagon would be like a life time. Lol. Just like my tractor, no sense having a radio in it couldn’t hear the damn thing anyway.
Ain’t nothing has a whine to it like those old 13 speed road rangers. Brought back memories of riding with my dad. Spent many a mile riding in the dummy seat of those 4300s.
Well hell Frank, I am woefully ate to viewing this video, my apologies. It is a great one. That International is purring right along, slight shifting “hick-up”, but she’s a runner. Thank you sir.
That's a sweet setup frank, that d6 is worth fixing, not many left , save the old school, fix it up an it will runn longer than any new dozer nowadays, especially with this emissions crap an def, no computers, electronics, simple an sweet an I bet it will sound pretty dang good too fired up, thanks for sharing frank and I look forward to seeing the next video 🇺🇲💪✊🤙👍
Nice old D6 Frank. Too good to scrap for sure. Spent many hours on one when I was getting started in the late sixties. I'm pretty sure that was the early push blade for scrapers before Cat narrowed them more. Used to be a reinforcement plate in the middle of the blade. The 4300 never missed a beat Well Done TGP
Looks like the track chain might be the best part, but time will tell. If you have the determination and deep enough pockets, it would be great to see it back alive!
Hi mate I reckon you should get the old girl going I’m a sucker for collecting old machinery hopefully I will get to see you getting the old girl running
Your place is like Rollag. You got all the good ol stuff like we do :-) we need one more 930 case to complete our run tho, looking for a western special. You know the one with the big yellow fenders
May take you a minute or two to work out the kinks on the D6 for sure ! Appears to be a solid machine, it may be worth pricing up what you think is off with it before you start to tinker too much with it..... I'm sure your better half would like you not to add it to your collection 😮 but it compliments the 4300 😉😂
So is the object to plant your foot and out run the dozer when it decides its lonely and want to come say hello,? Noticed the Air Chains 😂😂 The truck seemed to run alright. There was a similar D6 near my mate's place at a place called Banana.

Well I’m always looking for some short cuts. If I had taken a highway it would have been 8 extra miles 😂

And Jeff back roads? I thought he was going threw someone pasture!

It’s funny how fast a dozer can track when it’s rolling down hill. Thanks for sharing. Have a good one from a fellow Oklahoman.
Yep! Thanks for watching
Thanks for taking us along and great detail explanation of the truck and trailer. Love that dozer too. They just don't makem like they used to...
Thanks for watching

Thanks Derrick! We will see how it turns out. It will be a fun project, appreciate you watching
@@Digginok does this D6 run?
Looks like a good project. Thanks for bringing us along. Love your videos. Keep up the good work. Have a blessed day.
Dam frank that truck is cool

@@thomaspetroff9117 ah ha! You are probably right about the blade. It was a good day
I think and thought maybe more videos. Thanks for taking us along 👍
I’ll see what I can do
I like that old brown truck! Dozer looks like it’s worth messing with too!
Awesome truck! Sounds pretty healthy !
Thanks for taking us on the road haul...that air shift should allow you to pre-select when upshifting...something is A-wire!
Yeah it’s the high range lock out pin I believe, simple fix. Appreciate the company!

Good video. Hang on to that old iron.
The old irons, the best iron

I got a lp western, it needs a couple parts, engine runs good.
The cylinders are factory, I have never seen a dozer frame like that? Definitely get her running.
@@schneiderexc3557 thanks for the info, we will see how she turns out
Diamond in the rough! Will be a fun project! Back when men were men!!
Back in the day when they built equipment well.
I’ll take 1/2 a pound 😂😂😂
ALWAYS GOOD TO HAVE PRODJECTS. ANY UPDATE ON MODEL OF LINK BELT?
I’m sure I’ll get back to the link belt this winter.
Serial number should be on the back of the tractor above drawbar.
May take you a minute or two to work out the kinks on the D6 for sure !

I agree! The Ih need some attention, but it’s pretty solid

He had binders on the tracks …
Yeah had two binders on the back hitch as well.
In the country, 1 chain is always good enough, I do the same thing lol
@@derrickpettit86 had 4 binders, I ain’t lazy!😂
@@Digginok lol
Your steering wheel looks like it needs a new drag link and a pair of steering arms , at the very least !
It’s not that bad, the ruts in the roads are a problem
👍🏻
Are we there yet
Instead of keeping up with the Jones's, you're trying to keep up with the Andersons
The Jones’s are boring
I didn't hear no grinding gears...😊

Hey Frank You Trying To Out Number Jeff With Dozers
Why not? Not a bad goal I’d say! 😂
did you acquire the truck and trailer as matched pair ?
The truck I got last summer, there is a video on it. The trailer is the one I use daily on lil red.
Well obviously you have been hanging around Jpaydirt way too much. Addled your brain and now you are collecting old Caterpillar equipment. 😄
