I know exactly how she feels because my wife never stops filming everything & I don't like being filmed at all. Talking into her phone when we go anywhere or eating a meal, I truly wish she would stop.

Like many great men before you such as Tom Brady, Kevin Costner, Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos they all had women in their lives that weren't happy. These men worked long hard hours that kept them away from home and had to have the discipline that is required to become highly successful and maintain the way of life they were used too. My ex divorced me at my financial peak, I worked full time as a medical professional, owned and operated several rental properties and although she lived a good life and lacked nothing she wasn't happy and left. That was a huge blessing and allowed me to stay focused, double my income and retire early. Women feel if they aren't your priority and the center of your universe that you don't love them. They fail to realize as men we have to work to build and maintain a way of life.

It's not a cultural difference the way she views money and the situation; what you're explaining is just a woman difference. Most women globally (despite their culture) are like this. They want to live a certain life style, but don't want the details and consequences that come with it. The countless hours, dedication, and in your case the lack of privacy at times. Many women want a high earning man, yet detest the time and commitment he spends being a high earner. Can't have it both ways.
People don't realize that everything comes with a price...I once was poor and had plenty of time. Once things turned around and I became successful in the eyes of the world I worked all the time. To whom much is given much is required. Keep doing what you doing my friend... no one wants to be broke in the Philippines.
Everything in Life comes with a Price just as moving to the Philippines does or going on TH-cam and sometimes the price comes due later. I gave up my body for a career and it has given me early retirement but also a broken body so today i live with the literal pain from that decision and I'd still do it again as I head to the Phils for good in June. Calvin: thus is one instance I applaud you for saying "NO." You and Marilyn have a good thing going. It is easy to identify with Marilyn's perspective but you said it best in this video. How easy it is to forget what got you to the lifestyle you have now. Would it be better to have your privacy and no money for the children to attend private school go on vacations, eat out occasionally and buy items you need when you want. It is a "no brainer" in my book. Life is different when you see it through the lens of comfort; not so when you are struggling.

I wouldn't sell the house 🏠, but it might be wise to RENT THE HOUSE OUT to tourist. Rent out both of the houses and move to a location that NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT.
It also might be wise to cut back on the Meet and Greets. If the events don't generate income, then why do them ?
Remember that the nail that sticks out usually gets 🎯 HIT.

The meet and greets in in San Carlos is another great idea. You could have the occasional one elsewhere. Put your channels income aside for a month or two and see if she can do without it. Maybe she's not digging the trolls in the comment section in which case I believe you can hold comments for review if things get out of hand. Rule two, the wife is always right. If you like making videos, working on interviews, and editing videos then there is no reason to stop as long as it doesn't affect family life. Most retired people need a hobby and TH-cam is a hobby for many but also a profession for many in the TH-cam capital Dumaguete. There it is so many TH-camrs that they can fill the whole year interviewing each other which they also do.🙂You're saying that without TH-cam you can't survive in the Philippines, but I guess you didn't move to the Philippines to base your life on TH-cam income.

Calvin you may not remember this but I told you just over two years ago in the comments of one of your videos to keep your woman off of TH-cam because of all the harassment and problems that could come about as a result of it. In the beginning you kept her off which was smart but after a while you started using her for interviews then you started using her in your thumbnails for click bait for the simps that watch your channel. I knew all of this was going to backfire. Consider yourself lucky that she’s the one wanting to get away from it because a lot of other women would let the attention get to their head and want more of it to the point where they would start to think they don’t need you anymore. Your only problem is now she wants you off of TH-cam. This would never have happened had you just kept her private.

But the house is paid for. No more rent and it survived a Typhoon. A paid off house is an asset that might not be able to be replaced. At some point, the SS will come in. But if you sell the house, it is a temporary amount of money and when it is gone, it is gone. That is very short sighted. I can't see her going for that. Staying out of the videos, and social aspects, might be the best way to go forward. She can be a private person again. But what ever you decide is ok with me. Good luck...
