Donaire pressed the action early to try to catch Inoue while he was still cold and he got him with the hybrid upper left hook. That damage to Inoue's orbital bone was serious and probably evened up the rest of the fight. It's crazy looking back on it now as that punch could have ended Inoue's career then and there. Yet he fought through it and won. Even if this happened 5 years earlier, I still think Donaire would've lost, unless he caught Inoue with his roundhouse left and only IF he actually knocks him out.
