Privatisation increases employment. Instead of giving Lakhs of salaries to 1 employee its better to give less salaries to private employess after privatisation. Privatisation increases productivity, increases man power, increases equality among people. People without atleast 10,000 rs income are still there in society. After privatisation i beleive many private jobs arise. many familes atleast meet their basic needs through their income. Privatisation is best option for Development. BJP government is taking right decission regarding vsp steelplant privatisation.
Lot of employees are SMEs in their fields , soo making it private would be better only if the experience is identified and assesed properly.. making it private would only reduce the employee count and efficiency .... And also it should be privatised for only one reason - better performance of the employees..
