    Hello
Just curious what kind of material ( what kind a roll) did you use to print a graphics? And how we can achieve this?

It's called Perforated vinyl (or view-through vinyl).

How does it look like from outside?

From visual perspective, It looks just like any window graphics. Talking about the effect of this type of perforated vinyl, you can see outside from inside pretty clear and people from outside cannot see inside during daylight. At night, people from outside can see inside ONLY IF you have lights turned on.

Hi, I Installed this type of perforated window graphics in a cold climate, in Alberta Canada. It was fine for the summer/fall, then in the winter the temperature dipped to about -25F and the glass cracked. Has anyone else had this happen? Thanks!

That's really strange... Here in Quebec, many times we got temperature at like -35oC in winter but we don't have that cracked glass problem. From what I know, it's not the perforated vinyl that makes the glass crack. The vinyl in cold climate can be peeled off due to the frozen glue on adhesive side, but it can't make the glass crack. We always recommend the clients to install perforated vinyl or any kinds of vinyl in summer or fall or even winter but with at least 10oC or more for better adhesiveness. The perforated vinyl at our print shop has stayed on the storefront glass more than 5 years and so far we haven't seen any problem with it.

He does the whole demo and never explains if his graphic is supposed to be visible on the outside or inside and as well doesn't show the completed installed graphic ????

Oh, we just did with a small leftover material sample. From visual perspective, It looks just like any window graphics. Talking about the effect of this type of perforated vinyl, you can see outside standing from inside pretty clear and people from outside cannot see inside during daylight. At night, people from outside can see inside a bit only if there are lights turned on.

In your case, yes, people from outside will see the inside (not 100% clear but still). To block the view from outside, you have to install the vinyl on outside surface of the glass/window.
