The government let businesses and schools decide for themselves if they would follow the postponement, and the Christians in the country got mad because they felt they weren't being represented. So, everyone is doing what they want and there is no consensus at all.

In Morocco, we permanently switched to Daylight Saving Time a few years ago.
Our official time zone now is GMT+1.
But every year one week before Ramadan, we smoothly switch to GMT without any problems.
So the DST is not the problem. The most important part is knowing how to implement it correctly and smoothly.

I have a better idea. Make the work hours based on the five daily prayers. One hour after this prayer, one hour before that prayer. People should be waking up for fajr prayer, after all.

    Fun fact
Malaysia used to have two time zones, GMT+7.30 and GMT+8. But to sync both sides of Malaysia, we switched to GMT+8. TBH it would be more suited to follow GMT+7. However economically GMT+8 makes more sense, since asian trading is in China.

Clocks will be set forward 1 hour at Midnight on Thursday 30 March 2023
Sunrise and Sunset on 30 Mar 2023 will be 1 hour later than the day before
If you live in Lebanon stay on standard time until the clock changes
They just wanted to delay DST Start so that way the sun will set 1 hour earlier during Ramadan but it failed

Judge: That's great and all, but this is clearly neglect of the condition on the building and if the owner or some other person in charge does not get the elevator fixed this building will be shut down temporarily until the problem is resolved of the owner faces legal charges. Also you don't earn money out of this.

It’s really not so bad. There are major cities near time zone changes where people work in one but live in another. Chicago, for example. Plenty live in the US East but work in the Central.
    You get accustomed to it.

Its bad when schools and institutions IN THE SAME AREA open and close at different hour, so it's really all luck. You say it's not that bad in those areas because it's organised. Here it isn't.
