Simple and yet effective. I was wondering how to cut small radius circle and I do like this approach. Will give it a try.

Great jig. Looks very user friendly for something you say came from scrap bin parts..I'm going to put that one in my mental tool box for later.

Thanks. Other then the nuts, all the metal came from my scrap pile. I am currently making a ring roller as well. Mostly from scraps but there will also be a few pieces cut from my good stuff as well.

That theory works on a band saw also. Just measure the radius from the blade & drill a 1/8 hole for your pin in the table top.

turn the piece in the opposite direction and it will give smoother cut outside diameter because of gas swirl direction

Thanks. A pantograph is on the to-do list as well.

I definitely want to make a pantograph when I buy my powerplasma cutter.

I love it. I need to make one for my everlast plasma cutter. Most other designs I have seen have the torch go around.

I'm with you. I want one for my powerplasma cutter too. Great tool to have.

This is great. Need to cut 24" circles, this might be the way, thanks

I’ve got to cut some 24” circles and seen you was thinking about possible using this ideal. If you used it did it work out? I’m in the process of building something along these lines with an electric motor but if I can hand turn and get a clean result I’m good with that!

Very practical maybe i made it a little bigger must part of the time i need more a circe in the working piece than getting a circle from the raw material , so i need it bigger to rotate the piece, but the concpt its simple and amazing

A nice additional feature would be a rotating table, possibly with variable speed.

I love. It. Very clever. Only Downside is that you need a hole in the centre.
