Love your videos. Would you consider making a Peach Melba Cake video? Vanilla cake, peach flavor Buttercream & a layer of raspberry puree. It's my favorite cake but I can't find a recipe anywhere. I had it at a French bakery in NY that is no longer in business.

Omg the cake was sooo hard to make without red rice flour. Idk if it really makes a difference though. I used gel food coloring and I failed. I failed again without it. Attempt 3 is in the oven now

How do you keep the strawberry leaves fresh? Are they not washed? Every time I rinse the strawberries and dry them the leaves kinda wilt and crumble up, looking sad lol

She says the baking pan is 15cm which is 6in and from 3:06 the height looks to be about 3in
The cake looks very beautiful. If I cannot buy red rice flour in the country I live in, can I replace it with other type of flour?
I think it would be better to replace it with flour and add red food coloring to color it~

kawaii kitty it’s only 2 grams so I think you can wither use red food coloring or just regular rice flour with red food coloring :)
