아무리 유투버가 직업이라지만 주제가 일상과 음식이다 보니 일과 휴식이 구분되지 않을 것 같아 지치고 나면 회복이 어려울까 문득 걱정이 들어요. 이제 조금씩 완화되고 있기는 하지만 특히 쿼런틴 이후로는 리프레쉬 할 만한 일도 많지 않으니까.. 더 힘내시기보다는 잘 쉬시고 이 시기를 잘 지나 보내셨으면 좋겠습니다! 저는 요즘들어 확진자가 점점 가까운 곳에 재발생하는 걸 지켜보는 하루하루를 지내고 있어서 거리두기가 완화되어도 조금 염려스러운 시기를 보내고 있거든요. 한국과 영국 뿐 아니라 여러 곳에 계신 분들 건강하세요.

Can I just say that Gabie's pronunciation of Italian words - at least the ones she said during this video - is pretty legit? She can speak Spanish and French, so it's probably easier for her, but she's still a pro.
PS: the only thing I would suggest you is to boil the water before putting the pasta in. Put a lid on and it will fasten it (make sure not to cover it once the pasta is in if you don't want to make a mess). The water should be at 110⁰C ;)

As an Italian I can say that you're very good! Although I think that with the ravioli you could easily use just butter and sage or sour cream with sliced ham. That way the filling is enhanced and not surmounted
