I was recommended a restaurant that makes pizza from this type of stove, but the pandemic hit, so I will give this a try when the quarantine becomes less strict on inter city travel.

피자 밑에 먼지나 다른 이물질 붙지 않나봐요
강식당에서 규현이 화덕피자 할 때도 간간히 바닥을 쓸어주는 빗자루가 따로 있더라구요! 그래서 그걸로 깔끔하게가 아닌 어느정도의 잿더미만 정리를 해줘요! 그리구 아마 밑에 뭐를깔게 되면 바닥은 잘 익지 않아서 따뜻한 바닥이 닿아서 약간 거뭇하게 묻어야 화덕피자의 맛이 되는것 같아요

I was in Indonesia when I saw the locals burning styrofoam to start a barbecue fire... I didn't touch the food lol.
emptyangel To be fair, as an Indonesian we rarely eat barbeque or even cook barbeque foods so education about this topic isn’t as common :( at least at my school we were told a little about it (now that I think about it, this should be taught more seriously because locals regularly burn garbage waste including plastic & sterofoam)
I think that's the fire starter, instruction for those says to burn the "plastic" wrappers with the fire starter sticks. I used those for BBQ before. They are probably a different material than plastic.
