- The plaintiff claims she and her twin sister, the defendant, shared a cellphone plan under the plaintiff’s name. However, the plaintiff claims the defendant stopped making payments as she agreed to do, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff wasn’t paying her portion.

That's why the judge dismissed the charges. They even went to the extreme of examining the bite mark. It was upside down.

As a mother of twins (only 10yo), I see it already! The love/ hate is crazyyyy! We learned quickly to just stay out of their arguments/ fights 😂

Girl, obviously the plaintiff said something mean because if you paid close attention to the video, when she tried to explain, it got censored and even she herself admitted that it was wrong.

I really felt for the plaintiff, especially at the exit interview when you could see the sadness in her eyes. You could tell she really loves her sister especially the way she wished her Happy Birthday at the beginning of the trial. Obviously I know nothing about either of them but the defendant came across as cold, bitter and vindictive. I hope the plaintiff can find peace and happiness regardless of their future relationship.

GIRLLLL yess!!! My sister is 2 years older than me and she is ill and I go visit her almost every day at the facility and we laugh so hard and have such a great time. No way i could imagine being like this with her. I really hope they pull it together 💯 life is too short

Exactly, this wasn't just a hit and a bite.. I think there's a bit of jealously between them. I think the plaintiff is a bit mouthy/ jokey ( that's how she hides her jealously) and the defendant is mouthy by more so the in your face one. They love each other I very much believe the judge was wrong with the HATE word. I think they dislike each others decisions and behavior. I pray they find their way back.. to fall out at 59 yrs old is sad

The judge has spoken about her daughters loving and staying together "from the cradle to the grave" which is what sisters and brothers should do. Respect and trust has to be earned from each of your sisters and brothers. Because you are related does not mean you will love each other. The sister who brought the case to court is willing to bend like a willow tree to make their relationship better. The other sister is not will to bend to make their relationship better. She is the oak tree that brakes. They are entering the seasoned times of their lives, I hope they forgive each very soon.
Sadly they’re not alone in their hatred or estrangement towards each. Unfortunately the world is full of these no love lost family relationships. And once again it’s mostly always over MONEY!!

I wouldn’t say they hate each other, because HATE is such a strong word. I would say that hate each others behavior and the way they act, not the person themselves. They both were petty and I pray one day that can look back on this and laugh and love each other moving forward. God Bless them both

I think the judge said that they "HATE" each other not because she actually believes that, but because she was trying to verbally shake them into seeing how HATEFUL their actions were. That's why she paused and looked them in the eye after saying it. She was trying to wake them up. I think it hit the plaintiff, but the defendant is too detached at this point... sad

So the reason that the plaintiff cut it off, is because she was afraid that defendant wouldn’t pay, but this all started, when the defendant broke the agreement to keep it on her auto pay, because SHE was afraid the plaintiff wouldn’t pay. Defendants started the breach, plain and simple.
Just to void all the headache, just get your own phone lines.
The other sister changed the agreement first. She should have to pay her sister back. The agreement was that it would be on her account.

The fact that they switched auto pay is a breach of agreement because they agreed it would be on the defendants auto pay until the plaintiff was paid off, and then the plaintiff would give her money.
I think they should do a follow up on certain cases which deal with the family.
This made me tear up a bit. It’s really sad.

Nah, it was bc the defendant got embarrassed that her sister made a comment in front of their family. That's when everything went downhill, but I'm sure this wasn't the first time her evil side showed up. She probably couldn't even go to sleep thinking about that comment... lol
She became vindictive and decided to fck over her twin and her nephews. When she realize they didn't really care, she then attacked her. But to add insult to injury, once they went their separate ways, she decided to secretly make up false claims against the plaintiff to get her thrown in jail. Evil and horrible.
Unfortunately, for the plaintiff, she has no sense. Too busy trying to get the relationship back that she couldn't state her case right, screwing herself out of thousands of dollars that she was owed.

Get some family counseling. You need a mediator. This is decades of bitterness and denial about it. People don't suddenly start fighting physically. This is an undercurrent of a LONG life of unresolved conflict. Get professional help.
when i see cases like this, it makes me just miss having my twin sister (physically). being able to be petty and start anything and literally every small things matter. these twins have no clue how lucky they have it lol i promise theyll get over it soon😭💚 my twin passed of ovarian cancer in 2021 i would literally pay my sisters phone bills, rent, shit anything just to be able to argue with her again😕💚 i know it sounds silly but just to have a moment with her again means more than anything 💚

You’d be surprised. The twin is the one you are the most closely related to. You both know all of each other’s buttons even more than any other siblings. When you bicker, fight, and judge it’s so much more intense than with anyone of any other kind of a relationship. You really know how to hit in the heart. I am not a twin but I’ve worked with twins and I’ve seen some fights get extremely intense and falling outs happen for long time 😢

I'm a twin, and usually, it's one twin that is more controlling than the other. The defendant is the queen of poking the bear.and the plaintiff is the twin that eventually snaps. My twin sister is the queen of poking the bear and hide the hands, and I'm the one that eventually snaps. I beat up my sister one time, after she kept provoking me over and over again. Like the defendant, she called the police on me and played victim. I didn't get arrested, though. The defendant said something I've said multiplie times to my mom " I was so tired of her dictating on what I have to do" - I understand that feeling!!!! That's how I know me and her are the "snap out twin". Because of this, I believe the defendant story on how that fight started. She kept Provoking the plaintiff and she snapped. I bet the plaintiff was born 1st like me 😂

It's very important to build or repair your credit so you can have your assets in your own name. You never want to be at another person's mercy because your bill/property is in their name. It can really become a mess if a person die and your property is in their name and there's no will. I'm grateful I cleaned my credit up and no longer need co-signers or ask a relative to take a loan on my behalf, etc. It's a great feeling to have your assets, bills, etc, in your name rather than being subject to another person's mistreatment.

Jealousy is an ugly thing in a sister. My sister got so jealous of me marrying my husband that she put cooking oil on my wedding dress and resealed the box. Ten days before my wedding I took the dress out of the closet and saw/felt the oil. Thankfully the oil came out when my neighbor got it dry cleaned for me as a wedding gift. I told my sister that my dress is fixed and I am still getting married. We don't have a relationship now (for years). I refuse to have anyone toxic in my life ever again and am much happy for it, regardless of who they are.
That one sister is angry and jealous because obviously her sister's life turned out better than hers...
