Delhi high court dismisses plea to disqualify Modi from contesting in elections for six years

The Delhi High Court has dismissed a plea that sought to disqualify Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi from contesting any elections for six years. The petitioner had accused Mr Modi of violating the Model Code of Conduct by allegedly seeking votes in the name of "god and place of worship" during a rally in Uttar Pradesh. Meanwhile, the deadline has passed for the ruling BJP and main opposition Congress to respond to the Election Commission. Both parties have accused each other of inciting hatred and spreading false claims during the election campaign. Neha Poonia reports.

Can you believe it?

As soon as Modi Ji took the name of intruders, the entire INDI Alliange gang went into a state of panic. Everyone started feeling that Modi's earlier spirit has started to awaken, if he comes back in his earlier form then these people's pants will start getting wet...This is not hate speech. If modi can ironically yet unconstitutionally speak against a community, i can do the same against him. He is an extreme campaigner of hinduism and a temple priest. Not fit to to do a prime minister job in a secular democratic country.
