Mere parents mujhe bahar se bahat support karte he..
But let me tell you I'm an average student scoring 76,79% etc. I know that's what they don't want from me but still they say it's okay you have to do better next time.
And i feel so bad for that..
That's why I've decided to study seriously in my 10th.
And here's how you can find if you're a morning or night person..:-
Take 1 day and observe what you do in a day and what are you've felt through out the day in different times..
I've dona that and i found..
Mujhe 5am se 10am tak padh sakti Hun then 11am se 1pm tak to mera focus nahi rehta..
Phir 2pm se 6pm tak focus rehta he..

everthing u said about productivity is fine bhaiyya but jab productive time me bhi padne baite hai ..DEEPLY concentrate nhi kar pati... uss flow state mein nahi jaa pati.
bas pomorodo timer ke chakkar me phasi rehti hoon. 50 mins padlia, 10 min break liya bas..par aise karne se concentration nh aata hai, us deep work state me nhi jaati me.
jab rarely BY CHANCE deep state me gayi, tab 4 hrs non stop study karti hoon bina break ke aur woh bahut acchese yaad rehta hai...
40 hz binaurual beats try karliya "producivity rituals" try karliya but ntg seems to be working.

I Wake up at 4 to 4:30
Get ready and go to school at 6:30 and get home at 4: 00
4to5 i rest 6:00 to 7:00 study then tution 7:30 to 9 then 9:30 to 11 study and 11to 4 sleep i can't even sleep well and during studies distribution are always there so if i study 1 hour its on 30min the left is distractions

I am also in class 10th but i have a plan which may be helpful for you.
Remember You can't live everyday same so same plan for everyday is impossible.
I make plans according to my day.
For ex , Today I woke up at 10 am
And started studying at 11:30 am to 1 pm.
And then Took break and started studying at 2 pm to 3pm
Then i played with my friend ( bgmi ) 3 to 4 pm
And now i am watching yt
5 to 6 pm i will do my summer holidays homework
And from 6 to 9 pm i will do maths from shobhit bhaiya
And then Dinner.
Also i am not sure at what time i will sleep
Yesterday i slept at 1 am
If any senior is reading this pls suggest me anything and also give me some tips to how to Manage Sleep time. I can't sleep fast. Because i am just doing mental work i am not doing any physical work.
And if i want to do physical work like exercise then i have to wake up early , if i have to wake up early i have to sleep early , if i need to Sleep early then I need to Be Tired but i don't do any physical work. 😢

Hamara vaha schedule ye rhta hai ki subah 6 bje uthna 6 se 6:45 pt aur exercise time phir 7:30 tak fresh hone ka time phir 7:50 tk breakfast phir 8:20 tk morning assembly phir 2 bje tk 8 classes phir 2:30-40 tk lunch aur phir 4 bje tk free time 4 se 5 remedial ( tuition smjh lo jimse hm teacher se ques & doubts puch skte hai) phir 6 bje tk sports time phir 6:30 tk fresh hne ke liye time 6: 50 tk evening prayer 7:50 tk supervise(jisme hm self study krte hai) phir 8 se 8:30 tk dinner phir hamari marzi jo krna hai kr skte hai.
