    Thank you for making this quick into the point. Too many tutorials waste so much damn time explaining the thing that brought us here in the first place thank you.

      @@ThomannsDrumBash I try to explain only hands first. Than right food. And combine right hand and right food. Maybe on top left hand snare, like we will rock you. Or the standard rhythm eight notes hihat 2 4 snare 1 3 base, step by step😀👍

      Thanks Paul. Did you check my „Improve your foot speed video“ yet? In there I also talk about my approach to foot technique and how you play doubles fast with one foot. The video is linked in this one. All the best, Simon

      @@ThomannsDrumBash oh snap, totally forgot that, I'm sorry!
      It sounds like your second stroke is always a bit stronger than the first one, which is something many drummers struggle with, myself included. But do you think that's bad at all? Do you accept that, because it's somehow natural, or do you try to solve it?

    • @ThomannsDrumBash
      @ThomannsDrumBash  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. That’s right, my second stroke is louder and I accept that now but i should also work on that. :) i don’t think it‘s Bad. It‘s actually kind of natural because the first stroke is out of the ankle and the second with more weight of the leg.
