I live close to Winn Ridge in Sandbrock Ranch. I was very fortunate to buy in Sandbrock Ranch a subdivision that does not permit “renters”. I didn’t realize it at the time, but there is very palpable difference in the quality of home maintenance in rent prohibited v rent allowed neighborhoods. Actually home owners take pride in their homes, whereas renters often don’t care. You can immediately see the difference. Just something to consider 🤠
