One story living!!! Yasssss!! Yes! Why in 2023, at housing prices we are still building homes with 5 mile high staircases, I cannot understand. I want to move around a home easily, access easily, I want a home I can grow old in. I don't want to have to climb a pyramid to access part of my home..One story living is so much easier, I don't want to break a ankle and have to worry about how to get up and down stairs for 6 weeks, in life at some point all of us face medical emergencies, or a change in health, or have family this way. Why we still have these huge crazy staircases I don't get it. This home for the right buyer, still many opportunities for improvement and add features. I would redo the outdoor patio floor, make it a luxury tile or stone, make it larger, add a pool, add lots of trees, a walking path. Love this❤
I love it when he does houses, normally the best ones. neighbors are never right up your butt, and you get every bit of what you pay for; a pool in the backyard, with a great garage or a good set up for both. His houses are never lacking

This house has many advantages - large bedrooms and closets, high ceilings, a wonderful laundry room, all on one floor (I don't like stairs in the house, especially if there are small children). Lovely backyard. But the kitchen upset me. Cabinets from the last century, an ugly stove, another island instead of a normal table. Why do you need two sinks in the kitchen? There are two dishwashers; there is no need for an additional sink on the island; the faucet sticking out in the middle of the kitchen just spoils the view.
