Seems like they didn't make the suit much better. How is it something like the Geara Doga Psycommu Test Type gets Active Guard Kai and also a double dodge roll and this thing at 600 gets neither? The ranged damage can be left awful but they needed to do something drastic. Maybe even double it's melee damage for the suit to be a consideration at cost.
Not only that, I think the Jesta belongs more at 450-500 at best. Its weapons and lack of noteworthy/useful skills don't do it any favors when wanting to punch above its weight class.
Power Creep is real... I can do well playing as the Jesta, but that piddling range damage should be waaaay better if it basically has only one defensive option and slightly better than average melee strength...
Active guard needs a rework and a separate variation of it. Standing while tanking a lot of dmg will only put you in a disadvantage spot where you cannot manually disable it.
it is not as broken as on launch (constant disconnection). But the player base has already diminished to the point of having difficulty finding matches in certain times of day

Kyshatria is my number 1 played support whit over 300 matches played, and I can count in one hand the amount of times I used her defensive mode
Here's hoping you weren't buried in the majority of those 300 matches, then
They may have buffed the Jesta, but they definitely didn't fix it.

The actual PC client/game has not gotten much better since release, no.
PC will get the jesta adjustment slightly later, but I think even after this update, its still a bad unit at its cost range
