Well, I can probably tell that DemolitionHound must have made an endurance built with that GM Sniper II. Either a good Melee Resistance stat or a lot of HP. Class advantage or no, if the opponent has a good Melee Strength stat and they're able to catch him, he'll not last long. It also helped his case that he nearly crippled that Efreet Schneid's legs, which completely hindered his movements and prevented any combos from occurring due to the load on the legs every time he'd kite around him to attack him again. =P
Also, although the B-2 Bean Sniper Rilfe for the GM Sniper II isn't too bad, the ballistic sniper rifle is still superior due to its high raw damage, stuns upon a clean hit and you can break opponents legs that quicker on top of having more range. It's a bit of a risk to take it on 550 CP battles because a decent about of suits will have a decent amount of Beam Resistance, but will suffer from low Ballistic Resistance, which can serve the GM Sniper II better. That, and 550 fights can be a crapshoot, especially in the Artic Base.
Just a PSA Rob, they actually removed piercing on the Rocket. I was the guy who kinda ruined that as I was running GM Ground (MMSV) and Tagging 1-3 people in the first pass every match, so they prevented that now. Tagging upward of 3 people with no way to retaliate against me and hitting anywhere from 700 to 2800 damage against the enemy team every match at 250 cost was just too strong. I don't blame em.

Marasai with the Prototype Fedayeen rifle at 450 has piercing.

I dislike how its range is only 500. The ballistic rifle has 800. I would say give it at least 650 range.
