Absolutely agree. This is my all time favorite. One of the best interior jobs as well as exterior. You've gotten so much better with making interior designs.
where you put the 'secret room' you could of put stairs and made an underground
room so you can look in to the pool with windows. maybe you could put a party room there?

The Sim Supply Perhaps, but take a single-floor with a low-pitch roof, throw in some legged furniture, rabbit ear TV, geometric wallpaper and a white picket fence and you're pretty much golden. Don't forget the red and turquoise.

Fun random fact: I visited a total 'green' building. They have a large water collection system going on for when it rains. The water collected is then cooled and run through the ceilings and walls of the building to help cool down the building in the hot climate. You can pretend the the curved roofs are used in a similar way. And the water is also used in the said sprinkler system.
Okay, that wasn't much of a fun fact.

Now that we have eco lifestyle, you need to build something similar to this. Things you wish sims 4 had, like solar panels and grass roof now it’s possible!!

More like house designer, because being an architect isn't just designing a good looking building. For example it has to work without collapsing or doing stuff like that. You also need to think about environment conditions and stuff like that too.

I'm watching this video 2 years after it was made. I just became a sub because listening to you talk while building has calmed my anxiety and helped me deal with my depression.
I love the style of this house, inside and out. But especially the curves of the the roof against the lines of the walls.
Ooo! You could make a park with camping as the theme. That's be sweet! You can even put in those rabbit hole bathrooms (hopefully they'll count as toilets) and have like a few places with tents and then other areas with the required features of a park (grills, chessboards and the like)

For the bookcase room you could have put the gold bars, the necklace behind glass, and the bag of money. It could have been like a safe room for the family's valuables.
I had no idea you built this house! When I played on PS4 it was one of the few gallery items they gave us and part of my legacy family lived here for a while. What a great house 😊.
There is nothing I can say about your projects, except that they are amazing! Beautiful architecture, curves or no curves, you got it ! ( I personaly love curves ). Hats off, you are one of the best builders I've seen.
And that voice... You are so fun to listen to :)
Only one thing I can comment on, in case you might find it usefull. When working on a kitchen try to place all tall cabinets at the end of the counters or all together by themselves. It's never practical to interrupt the counter. :) (Speaking from experience, as I worked on kitchen design)

James, Some words of advice, when making a futuristic house you need to include shelves, they Crete a contemporary feel and would look perfect in this build. You don't have to listen to my abide but shelves would be perfect for this build. PS-You should include some shelves. :)

OMG There is 4 bedrooms! I already loved this house when I saw it 3 years ago but I never tried building it in the sims cause this roof is crazy and all... But now I need a house for a family with two children and I think this house will be perfect for them) Thank you James for this house!

James Turner please ask the developers to give us solar panels. A well designed house with a diurnal lifestyle should yield an income from feeding power to the grid, rather than taking it out.
When I was younger I had a dollhouse as big as that one lmao it took forever to put all the stickers on it
So, you mentioned the dollhouse thing towards the end, and when I was a little kid, my dad actually built two of them for me. One was more of a model thing (but it was still pretty big), it was really fancy and stuff. And then the other one was, at the time, taller than I was and I could play with my toys in it and it was super cool.
James i have this house in my sims on the PS4 i've given it a few tweaks of my own but i did NOT know that YOU BUILT IT now i DO and i have to say i LOVE IT Thanks for Building it i have one of the townies living in it Johnny Zest which i've given him a make over as well.

Tested that TV over the computer, the sim can watch it just fine when he/she is in the computer chair, had my sim watch the news for a bit when i discovered it :)
i recently downloaded this and the description said it was by maxis & this video just showed up in my recommendations and i never knew james made this wow.
