How about dancing? Will it work, too? Improvised free dancing or after a choreography/ known pattern?

Does anybody have a PDF of this program? I'm not going to pay $2,000 to stretch and do exercises.

Just to be clear it is a process including assessment, weekly progression of rehab with a trained clinician for 6-12 months and then a discharge report to show areas of improvement. It’s more akin to a specialised personal training program for your brain. So I pdf of exercises isn’t going to have the same effect due to the lack of insight into what your personal neurological patterns and deficits are.

Oftentimes insurance covers much of it, but less than $170 per month for about a year to change the trajectory of a child’s life wasn’t more than orthodontist, club sports, cheer leading, dance, gymnastics. And this is a onetime expense. It takes care of the root cause of the problem.

Those statistics are alarming. Also of note, is that approximately 12 out of 7 people are bad at math : )
