Hey Man! Really like your vids, always something for me to watch when I'm very bored, a modest car collection. I am a big fan of collecting stuff, and also modifying them to look nice, and I'm really happy with the projects you've done. Another thing, once you finish all of the fixes, PLEASE make another series modding it! I don't know if you've said if you'd do it, but if not, PLEASE do!
next time, jam a pry bar between the lug studs and have the handle touch the ground, not allowing it to spin, i learned that with the front cv axles on my 97 es300, i'm just a teen lol
Hey man for the set screws u had so much issue for u need something called an impact driver to break the “seal” that those screws make. The tool basically allows u to tap the screw out while u Twist the impact driver allowing you to easily remove them. As an automotive tech I hope this tip helps and much love bro keep the series going 😅
@@captaincrankshaft yeah lol snap on makes one but ofc snap on prices check to see if Icon makes one idk if y’all have harbor freight up there but they make really good stuff and might be worth checking out
For the set screws, get an impact screwdriver! And hit it with the biggest hammer you can find. Combining that with pb blaster will get these off without stripping anything!
Use a little pb blaster let it sit about 5 minutes spray it again. And if you ever need a breaker bar usually the jack handle splits in half and they work great. I love that you are not afraid to try and are willing to learn.
FINALY some aston marting video i was wating for a lot of time pleas upload aston marting videos more often i am from ecuador and i personaly like your videos love ya keep it up
Tip on the rotors for anyone reading. Get a long screw driver or bar that can fit in between the rotor veins and prop it on the ground on the left side of the rotor. You could also put it between the studs if what ever bar youre using wont mar the studs
Loving this series, personally I like videos of this length like 15-20 minutes is the sweet spot for me and when the videos are too long its sometimes harder to watch. This is just my opinion your videos are great, just thought I'd put this out there
still waiting/wanting Jackson to make a aston Martin Db9 Le mans car with the gulf livery its the same colour as the wrap and also great job with the rework it looks good as new
what you did to those set screws is exactly what i had to do to mine in my MINI, the front ones came out, but the rear ones were exactly that, i no longer use rear set screws.
There’s this stuff called aero kroil. Orange can. It’s a little pricey but man it works for getting seized on bolts nuts screws and whatever else. Hands down the best penetrating oil I’ve ever used.
Thank you for being a car TH-camr that isn’t afraid of risky projects and bad financial decisions
Keep up the great work
Appreciate it. It’s scary at times but it’s all worth it in the end
once he finishes upgrading it, keep modding it 😊 these videos are really fun to watch

@@captaincrankshaftAfter watching this vid I wished it was longer
For stuck screws or bolts like that. Try PB Blaster + heat (torch or heat gun) then cool the surrounding metal with ice. Usually that combo works.
I cant wait to see M5 finished
Me too
Keep up the good work and you will the level of Tavaresh and Matt Armstrong
Warning this Chanel is highly addictive 😂
Haha appreciate it
The flash light breaker bar, lore deepens

my breaker bar is part of an old metal rake 🤣
Haha whatever works
I'm really looking forward to how the BMW turns out!
Me too haha
I'm no mechanic, but I saw some TH-camrs using heat at seazed in bolts.
You should try that. 😉

"This looks like it will be relatively straight-forward" Famous last words.
as a car content creator i approve this video
I love this aston
Man this car is awesome in that blue color you should get some bucket seats for the car
One at a time boys I thought yall were done with this and started on the m5, anyways hope the best for everything
Good to have a few projects so we can put content out even when we are waiting for parts. Wouldn’t want you guys to go without a video for weeks.
Looking good, scared for the m5 tho
Flashlight Breaker Bar... Ive been there a time or 12 😅
Haha it’s a classic
Love the vids!

He works so hard in his videos but still gets low views I hope he reaches 1m this year
Thank you

It sucks when that happens haha

Set screws are easy to get out with a hammer and a punch‼️
Need that haha
i love your videos brother
Thank you!
just wrapped the car and now he is just spraying sparks on it
Whoops lol
Can you pls add rear diffuser maybe even front I love ur vid ❤
@Captain-Crankshaft you should apply heat to such kinda stuck bolts if WD-40 is not working, it is a technique used in Pakistan.
Great idea! I need to buy a torch
bro i love your vids❤❤ i first watched your Aston matron sires and than i subscribed i wish you complete your build
bro dropped the greatest screw pun and thought we wouldn’t notice
Mysterious Fairy-tale ahh Music 💀
It’s a fairy tale bro
"We're going to use this heeeere pick" hahaha
1:04 yooo pause bro
You guys should work on exposure control the video sometimes get too dark and sometimes too light
Keep it up bro, who knows this might even turn into a hypercar😂
waiting for a m5 video🔥
To remove the screw you need an impactor to remove it safely I work in kia trust me it's easy to remove with that
Next time when a bolt isnt seeming like it doesn't want to come off. Grab a torch lol
I can’t wait for the m5 vids
ferrari 360 project hint????
Who knows 😏
I feel like you guys are gonna take this car to SEMA btw love your vids waiting for the bmw
41 in a garage would be a heat wave… we we outside working on snowblowers yesterday
I AM JUST WAITING FOR THE OFFROAD BUILD AN STN ON DIRT IS TOO COOL
next stradman🤩(if matt armstrong doesn't do it first)
These guys are basically mechanics but it’s 10 times as fun and likely pays better
love your content!!!
btw did u check the comment i did on the prev video?
You should get clear reflectors
Yo cool jacket dude! Got links? Thanks 😅
Good vid
impact screwdrivers make quick work of those annoying rotor set screws
