I'm not a diehard Volbeat fan, i dont even know any names except Michael the lead singer, but i appreciate the hell out of them, and I am proud of what they've achieved.
A friend turned me on to Volbeat about the time this concert happened. Michael Poulson has a unique sound, maybe because of his Danish language heritage, but, whatever. They sound different and I love different. The featured vocalist has a raw sound that I love, too. I dont even need to know the translation to enjoy it.

this concert was the end of their tour, the same live concert had Lars Ulrich from metallica (another Dane) join them to cover Enter Sandman. overall one of my favorite bands, certainly one of the best live acts i've ever seen. their entire catalog is filled with great music.
