Are you guys assigned to a certain set of rides only, or are you able to operate any/all rides within Hersheypark? What are your favorite rides to work on? Do you know yet if you’ll be able to supervise Wildcat’s Revenge this summer?
Operators and supervisors are assigned “groups” of attractions. Hunters favorite is probably Monorail and Tino’s is Skyrush. Neither of us are in the group that includes Wildcats Revenge.
If you had to remove one ride from Hersheypark (talking about a substantial ride, not one meant for younger kids), which one would it be? What type of ride would you replace it with?
Wild Mouse easily. Not fun to work, not that fun to ride either. A thrilling flat ride would be a better fit, unless they somehow could find room for a compact coaster.
@@_thesweetseat_ A ride that I’ve seen mentioned elsewhere is Tidal Force, which seems to make a lot of sense: it would free up a bunch of space for a replacement. Curious if they’d go with another coaster, or if they’d go another direction like a dark ride.
Has the opening date for Wildcat’s Revenge been released internally? I know that it has not been officially released to the public, just curious if they’ve told crew members.
@@_thesweetseat_ Based on the construction progress that’s been reported on, plus the park’s recent history of ride openings, I’m assuming it’ll be unveiled to the public on Saturday, May 27 (during Memorial Day weekend). Curious about the lines on its first day!

No, even if they did we are not allowed to release that information to the public
