I work at Hershey as a coaster operater, and sometimes work at remix, and did not realize the music changes for each flavor

Yesterday Was my first time there and this ride is SO fun and crazy and wanted to go on again but the line was way longer then it was when we were in line and the candymonium was a blast

The biggest part about this hack is to bring a really big friend

When I went on this ride last year, it played Cherry's theme but the flavour tunnel was set to blue raspberry. Not sure what happened there lol 😅

I traveled from LA on a Friday and Saturday in July 2023 and bought Fast Track Unlimited for both days and am very glad I did since the park was packed both days. One 99% of the rides I walked right on except for Candymonium, which blends with the regular line at the bottom of the stairs and resulted in perhaps a 15 minute wait...so nothing too terrible, and Laff Track, which also blends a bit of a ways back as well. But 15 minutes was the longest I ever had to wait for any ride with that pass. Skyrush would have been perhaps a 10 minute wait if I wanted to ride in the front row, but otherwise was always a walk-on as well with the Fast Track. It allowed me to ride most coasters as many times as I wanted, which was incredible. Without it, on crowded summer days, the waits would be between 1-2 hours or more. If you can afford it, it makes the experience truly wonderful, especially if you're like me and have traveled from far away and don't get to Hershey Park very often.

Watermelon was originally my favorite but now grape is my favorite. I love how it sounds like a surfer soundtrack and how you can see the waterpark area from the lift hill so it’s fitting. 🍇

From your experiences, do you think the upcoming 4th of July weekend will be as packed as a typical Memorial Day weekend, or will the crowds be somewhat lighter? I’ve seen some things that make me think it *should* be less congested (a couple of crowd calendars, the significantly lower pricing at Hershey Lodge for early July vs. late May, etc.), but it always helps to ask people who have actual experience with it for their thoughts. Also, on a related note: does Hersheypark offer any fireworks for the 4th?

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on Wildcat’s Revenge - it’s been drawing rave reviews so far, and the wait times on opening day and over the weekend were not outrageous, so I’d like to get your perspectives both as coaster enthusiasts as well as ride ops.

Got our first ride this evening and it was def worth the wait. Ejector pops left and right with great head choppers not a dull moment in the layout great ride

I did notice from my visits to hershey this year so far that the ops seem to be faster than last year. Candymonium still somehow manages to stack trains even with the ops almost running down the aisle though lol. Didn't even bother buying a season pass for six flags this year since Six Flags America is a dump and El Toro is still closed for repairs so there's less reason to go to Great Adventure.

So the regular Fast Track means you can use it ONCE on any applicable ride, but you cannot use it multiple times on the same ride?

This video was recorded yesterday!! I was just at Hershey park yesterday for my band and it was so fun👏🏻 I went on my first coaster yesterday, which was candymonium and I was screaming the whole time😭

Have you been told about when previews for team members and/or annual pass holders might take place?

I think if you go to hershey park on the week of may 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 or 23 on a friday it is very much needed because my school and hundreds of other schools do a music festival and there was no line under 100min and at one point the candymonum line was so long it said 360min wait and it stretched out of the building so if you go on any of those days that are on a friday buy it

Sound like you had a Six Flags day, Hunter. I wish you would’ve been able to get onto Superman! That is a good ride! I got curious about the Busch Gardens prices and looked them up. Williamsburg one day tickets are $105 and Tampa is $135. But the prices go down a good bit for 2 and 3 day tickets. And general parking was 30 with preferred at 45.

Sorry you had a bummer time at Six Flags Great Adventure… only 2 years ago I was having some of the best days of my life at the Coaster Power Hours events and I have had soooo many disappointing experiences there since they decided to go for a “premium experience” under current management. Meanwhile Hersheypark had the best opening weekend I have ever seen and everywhere you look you can see fresh paint like in the boardwalk and fresh wood on Comet ☄️.
