    I admire your honesty and transparency during this difficult time. You took responsibility like a man and owned up to your mistakes. Glad you were able to gain a clearer perspective on life and focus on what's really important. Keep learning, keep growing and keep grinding. Stay blessed bro

    I just started this type of training not realizing it had a name for it. 10 sets,10 reps,10 weight increase or maintained. Blood flow was crazy and felt tighter💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿. Rest 45-90 secs depending on fitness level

      @@CWBush73 lol no sore detected. That’s just how I train. Plus not all muscle groups need that level of intensity.

    GVT is the truth. Heatrate stays consistent through the Whole workout and you burn a lot of calories in 45 min.

      Pec fly. The machine is different than the standard Pec fly as it actually moves as you go through the movements.

      Incline dumbell 10×10
      Slightly flat Dumbell press 10×10
      Pec dec fly 10× 10
      Total 300 rep
      I am correct?

      @SpiritChild0980 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@subhankarbaidya467 sounds about right. Not too heavy but not too light either. Rest time is equally significant to the work time to complete this marathon. It also depends on your fitness level. Start with 5 sets and work up💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿

    I see many people doing GVT and increasing the weight with each set 🤔!!! Absolutely a waste of time...the same weight has to be used, thats the point of 10 x 10 😊😊

      do a weight you know you can do for 10 if motivated go up by 10 nothing to crazy you wanna do whatever workout you doing nice form

    • @dallasnaish6859

      Around 60% of 1 rep max is what they say, this way you can get 10x10 and not have to keep lowering the weight. They say this approach isn't about high intensity per say (IE hitting failure every set), but about generating high amounts of volume for the muscle group.

      Fact is- its your opinion, not fact. What works for one, might not work for another. Some need volume, some don't. You'll never know til you train and see the results. I agree there was some ego lifting though and generally with 10x10, you shouldn't be failing early sets!
