I've been pushing iron for 57 years, 70, and I always try to learn something as often as I can. Charles is fantastic. You should all pay strict attention to what he says and does.
Since I have subscribed to this channel the whole concept of bodybuilding in my head has been driven to another dimension. l It is not just the technique he is teaching but the real science behind the muscle program. I tried to listen to Charles Glass more along with the technique. We are lucky we have him here on TH-cam. Thank you man for sharing knowledge and wisdom.
Since I have found his videos, he has literally been the only videos I watch to get workouts and techniques, his advice is immaculate and super helpful
At 16:50 he mentioned about enymes . I had to stop right there. Did some researches about digestive enymes and i'm shooked how vital that info is. And none of these bodybuilders has ever mentioned it thoughout the entire time. They sell all kinds of stuffs, telling you what to eat and how many calories you should take but they never mentioned how to get it outta your system. i used to wounder how you'd eat 4k to 5k of calories per day and still workout without not feeling stuffed not knowing this is how you get it outta you. I'm so greatful for such a valuable point he mentioned. THANKS alot Charles.
I watched this for the arms but I really enjoyed listening to Charles talk. He touched on his prices, because I’ve always wondered what it would cost for a session ($200), and he talked a little about his beginning and start in the industry. I would actually love to watch a sit down interview and hearing from Charles himself.
Zoom out camera man ... please!!! Excellent work Charles, your fans would like the see the actual movements of the exercises from the person you are training. Thank you
Mr. Glass is a really mature soul. Works in a field that he loves and loves to spend time with himself. Peace in his eyes and smile on his lips. Earns big and lives clean. What an inspiration.
I recently found the Charles Glass channel, and to be honest. It's probably one of the best I've ever seen! I've been working out for several years and powerlifting for about four years, but this man is truly a blessing and a legend at his natural ability to convey information. I still can't believe he's giving all this information for free on his channel!!! I have learned more from this man in just two videos than I have from other sources. The only thing I honestly can't stand about his videos is the cameraman. Most times, I'm relying on Charles's information and trying my best to pause the video to look at the athlete's feet position, hand position, back position, basically overall technique and execution of the workout. Charles Glass is truly a legend godfather of bodybuilding. Charles is always excellent and humble in his videos, and people are lucky to have him as a coach. Charles Glass is truly a legend godfather of bodybuilding.
The topic of digestive enzymes was actually a great point. I haven't heard anyone talk about these in all the bodybuilding videos I watch. Valuable info!
Yeah i noticed that as well at 16:20. I had to stop right there. Did some researches about digestive enymes and i'm shooked how vital that info is. @@nl5h yes, of course there were. I was making a comment that it would be ideal to SHOW the subject matter being discussed. The nose has nothing to do with this exercise or video. Hey Charles, I've been working on my arm training with some exercises from another of your videos and oh boy..jelly arms after I finish plus a 3 day pump! Thanks and subscribed of course
I wish I could train and learn under you but I think I couldn't cause I live in India hyderabad 🇮🇳 but am happy to watch you here at TH-cam learn am a fitness trainer since 5 years but ya am still a learner, learn things and teach things. FITNESS FOR EVERY 💪🇮🇳
My thing with working out since i started was teach me proper form and techniques. Ive learned alot on my own but Mr Glass and OHearn teach the finesse of it the tweaks of it. In one session i bet you learn so much.
When I was a personal trainer, I found it was the older clients, especially older women, that were the best to train. They were the most committed, were the ones that needed it most in terms of mainting bone density etc and they had the most disposable income vs the young dudes who would come and go when they realised that just because they were working with a P.T. didnt mean they were gonna get jacked in a month.
Charles please do a live stream discussing techniques. do that stream weekly & take questions through super chat (people pay online through chat) you could make $100 -$500 for an hour or even more doing so... If there is someone younger talk about this idea figure this out & get paid for your knowledge... One more idea just get a guy record you live & do live stream on TH-cam while you are training people daily & take superchat (paid questions) .. This could become extra income every day.
Who says Mr. Glass even wants to do all that? He just said he works 12 hours a day straight through. If you want the knowledge go physically seek him out to learn.
