I was 10 yrs old and lived in Blount county in 93. There would've been no karting in that snow. I remember trudging around our property filling up pillowcases plucking our chickens out of the snow and locking them all in the coop. In the soft snow at the wood line you'd sink up to your thighs. The power was out for two weeks. We cooked on the hearth and stored leftovers in snow drawers on our vehicles. It was good for a kid to sled on and that was about it.
Never saw snow in tenn. before...bet those big honkin buggies could do some great power slide drifts in the snow field...keep on what you re doin.....😅
I believe you. It’s weird. I’ve seen the moon at 8 AM in the morning. The last few days. And it’s in the north now instead of the west. It’s really quite odd
I love to go ride in our field when it snows when I git a chance to with my 2 wheel drive Honda 250 can't beet it in the snow it's so fun to ride in the snow but 1 problem u git very cold when your done hAaaa😅or numb when your riding when that happens time to head for the house 😅..that looked like u guys had fun I never rode a buggy in the snow that be a bucket list for me to do...
@nessie42786 no 4 stroke Recon with wide fat knobbie tires 2 inches deep tread yah they go like a 4 wheel drive I passed a 4 wheel drive quad stuck in the woods went right around him they are a beast of a quad for only a 250 and mine has the shifter on the foot too not that button crap and not to much power but the torque they have it for days..I love it and I'm in my 50's HaAA
I love these carts Especially the silver fox. Thanks for posting the video!!! (What size tires do you have on the silver fox I have one I'm working on and like the look of it, just wondering.)
I have been watching your videos for a bit and am building my own Predator 420cc Kandi swap. I understand how the governor works and the removal (flywheel, rod, bearings etc) what I get confused about is what gets used for a limiter after you remove the governor. Do you just rev it up till the valves float and that is the limiter or is there like a spark-based higher rpm governor? For now, the 420 I'm using is still governed but if I was to ungoverned it how do you keep it from floating valves at full throttle? great videos love to watch the stuff you guys build
I am a fan of go-karts and minibikes but unfortunately in my country they do not sell the parts to build one, I have dreamed all my life of building one but I have not been able to live in Cuba🇨🇺 and I have no one to help me
need some chains on the tires...biter chains on the steers and cables on the rears so donuts are still glorious but stopping and uphill will be better..... th-cam.com/video/YBYhsjo_zq4/w-d-xo.html for power steering ideas ....
@@RedBeardsGarage lol it was a pleasure to be bored by you mate, can't help but think one of them with a manual transmission would be a lot more fun though. i'm not hating on your builds either, they are impressive just cvt's not my cup of tea
Looks like a great weekend, playing in the Snow, 😂 looks a bit Cold ,😂 but a lot of fun 😂, thanks for sharing, all the best to you and your loved ones

I know all about the blizzard of '93 being born in Chattanooga and lived in Soddy Daisy since 1980!
As soon as I get my control arm bushings in, I can't wait to take my stage 2 predator Chinese kids quad out for some gnarly donuts!
I lived just up the road from you in Maryville during the blizzard of 93. I was 9 when it happened.
Hey RB! Looks like fun to me. Hope you are doing well!! 😎🦖💪
Fun Fun Fun 😊

Yall drive them like grandmas. Id get board to
I wanna see more of the off-road trailer build !!!
Finally someone lol. I felt like no one cared about it so I put it on the back burner. I have some parts coming for it and we will finish it up.
Who needs grass?? 😂
Well according to the scientific community the poles are on the move....23 miles of movement this year alone but you didn't hear that from me. 😂😢😬

There is a lot of weird stuff happening in the world nowadays. Makes you wonder.

@nessie42786 I wish I had a 250R Ive got a special edition 450 Yamaha with big bore kit but don't ride it much it hurts my back HaAA
North Alabama was the same way but we got a couple big ones in my young adult years like 2012 and stuff
I was born in the blizzard of 93 in southwest Virginia 🤣
Well shoot. Blizzard brothers.
over 1" less then 5" is the best for karting!!
just gotta keep them CVTs dry!!! or you will eat up belts!!!
you should make a set of skis for the front of the buggy
Should of pulled someone in a tube behind the silver fox in the open feild
You know I didn't even think of that. We have to do that next time.

26" tires are what both buggy's are running.
@@RedBeardsGarage Thank you ill look into getting some.
You said heat in the cab. I’m thinking about getting one of them 12 volt RZR heaters off eBay for mine.
I see a 4wd buggy build in your future
2 feet comin on the 21st😮 maybe
Question why do you blip the throttle like that? Do you do that when your driving your car or truck too 😆
Where do we get one of these karts? I'm a bit confused as to what you sell for them.
We don't normally sell them. We make the videos to help people build them.
facebook marketplace is usually best bet for a starting point
Rbg mat is the space between a 670 carburetor studs
Снег в бороду не набивается?))
You didn't say it right 9909!!!!!!!!!!
How do yall keep the belts dry? I have a stock cover on my GPS cvt and it gets wet and slips
Thay are to slow bro 😅 probably still fun though 🤣
The 999cc literally spins constantly.

Why don't you fix up that old ford truck that's now just sitting in the woods?
Ya have anymore of that "global warming"?
Just ran out lol.
Why didn't you name the channel, Bald Heads Garage?
If it was called Red Heads Garage then maybe that would make sense.
@RedBeardsGarage haha just kidding you buddy, love your show.
I wish you would quit chewing it looks better for a Christian testimony and it's a nasty habit as well !
RB your right this was very boring
they are a load of shit them things, i'd be bored as fuck riding round in one of them, get a proper manual on the go ffs, them cvt's are for toddlers.
Glad we could bore you!
