Fixing Nintendo Switch with Joy-con and fan spin problems, +AJZ chip.

I'm an amateur so don't think I know what I'm doing.
Bought a faulty Nintendo Switch from Ebay that had no power. However after charging it for a while it started. It had two problems a faulty diode and a faulty +AJZ chip. The AJZ-chip controls Joy-con charging and fan spin.

Thank you! Yes I took the AJZ-chip from a donor board.
