Thanks - Just picked up a pair of these and loving them so far. Paired with a NAD c700 v2 and a Kef kc62. I have some room issues and went for the NAD over less expensive options like the Wiim due to the coming Dirac room correction which will be released in a few weeks. Effortless driving the system, and sound great so far. Super clean and clear sound, not too bright or fatiguing as our previous B&W 606 s2 anniversary edition could be. Agree that the sub is needed to fill out the low end, but with the sub it's a great combo. The styling is also great - in the oak it looks great in our MCM inspired room.
Yes, the oak finish in a mid-century modern decor is a great fit. That's a great combo with the KEF kc62 sub (I continue to be impressed with mine) and your NAD choice to make use of the DIRAC also makes a lot of sense. I'm not willing to go down the path of adding acoustic treatments to our home decor. I think these 5020s are just a great value!
Great review. Im considering these vs the concept 30 to pair with my Marantz M1. The price differential at the moment where i am is £100 so not great. I have a REL TZero Mk2 I can add. I watch TV/listen to music 50/50 & as I have a small flat will be using for both. Any thoughts? or maybe you would recommend an alternative speaker?
thanks for the review. very curious about the Q acoustics as i own a pair of Concept 40 which i really like. those Elacs seem -perhaps- the way to go for a second stereo setup...
I continue to be impressed with Q Acoustic speakers! And as for a 2nd stereo setup, I completely agree with you that for speakers under $1k it's either these 5020s or the Elac Debut 3.0
Thanks for the feedback. I know I should clip my mic on my shirt but I hate how that looks...but perhaps based on your feedback I should start clipping the mic on my shirt. :(

5020 are on discount here. Rosewood version. 480 euro for it. What budget amp would you recommend with them?
Fine content as always. Wouldn’t object if the intro was ditched/shortened though - no offence!
I think you are right and it's time to start cutting the intro back. Thanks for the feedback. And Thanks for watching!
Interesting, thx for sharing 👍

Best for movies
I like your reviews, your Videos would benefit from slight Absorbtion in form of a Rug or Basotect. Your voice bounces through the room😅

Great, but how is the soundstage? 😂
Right! So you noticed that was the standout feature LOL
