- The struggle to keep things clean while staying home is REAL. My husband and I have only been partially working out of the house so laundry is still a huge chore. Here's a new clean laundry detergent that I've been trying out since the shutdowns began.

I know this was more than 2 years ago...but Oxiclean is an additive, generally speaking. There is an Oxiclean laundry detergent, but most people if they don't use that brand, have to add the oxiclean powder in addition to their detergent. So it's an apples to oranges thing. That Nellie's Oxygen Booster is not a detergent just as the original OxiClean Stain Remover is not a detergent. Hopefully this makes sense. Both are additives and oxygen boosters. The detergent version is a separate type of item all together. If you were just "washing" your clothes in the powdered OxiClean...you may not have been washing them completely as there is no detergent in that.
Oxy clean has the same ingredients as the Nellies but Oxyclean has some chemicals in it. The reason Oxyclean doesn’t work as quickly or work as well on some stains is because it also should not be mixed and then stored so the mixture weakens in the spray bottle. Hope that helps.

You should not keep oxiclean after mixing it. Oxygen activates both as does warm water so it loses potency.
The oxygen brightener is great to get smells out so I find the laundry absorbs my scent boosters so much better.

I dont know about sheep wool dryer balls but my wife bought dryer balls made out of "Alpaca" and it works great! It speed up the drying process by 20-30 minutes each load and our clothes seems softer too! Thank you for your good review! Cheers.
Thanks for the feedback I also loved the dryer balls. Definitely speed up drying especially for bulkier items!
Any wool dry ball would work .my laundry less dirsty as well.

Did you put the dryer balls in with wet or semi dry clothes? Also, how was the static after using the balls? I haven't found dryer balls that work for static yet
Tap water has so much chemicals unless you have a filter that remove 99.99 thats helps

Nice review. I do want to point out that the instructions on the Wow stick don’t require you to agitate the stain while keeping the stick under the running water. That could be why your stick is melting so fast.
