Langalanga is very safe infact it's one of the estate with most hotels in the city (investers hawawezi wekeza mahotel mahali unsafe) about the bedsitters ni ni smart sana and very affordable plus view imeweza sana

I lived in langa, not pangani though (didn’t even realise pangani was in langa) , for 20 years and yes my dad would come back home anywhere from 10pm to 5am and never once was he attacked. That being said, it was never a casual walk. Had he been able to, he would have been back home before dark. So I am confused about you asking Ezra to go film at 11pm… what specifically are you looking to see in the video?
